I Had trouble eatting for the first 14 weeks with my son it should get better.. Try some broth and if you can keep milk down breakfast shakes might help as well..
I am 8 weeks pregnant with my second child. This past Monday I had a severe gallbladder attack. It was horrible. The pain was so intense. I'm unsure what is safe to eat. I have lived on dry toast all week. As a result I have lost 6 pounds. I tried toast with jelly and it caused another attack. Has anyone had this problem? What foods are safe to eat?

i have had gallbladder stones but not the added problem of being pregnant but try some chicken soup stay away from anything rich or spicy eat things that r bland try some salt on it. it is not fun but its better then just toast. jelly is rich n very sweet.dont put salt in the soup it has enough flavor. dont eat anything that will give you any gas and dont eat a lot at 1 time small meals is better to let u digest it. i got the gallbladder out but u cant yet till u have ur baby. just keep trying different foods that r not rich or spicy or very sweet. i wish u luck it will be difficult being only 2 months pregnant and not beable to eat the foods u may want without causing attacks that are very painful and as u get bigger it will be even harder with the added weight. good luck though!!!
I know that when I had gall bladder problems (I have since had it removed) I had to avoid anything greasy/fried and everything dairy.
the things that got my gallbladder to act out were fried foods all dairy and anything spicy. i am 10 weeks prenant and i lost 5.5 lbs this week. maybe try peanut butter on toast. i would call my doctor. i had my gallbladder removed but i still get gallstones.
S., The same thing happened to me. While I was pregnant, I had gallbladder attacks, and they can't do anything about it until you have the baby. The pain is so excruciating that it makes childbirth seem like a walk in the park(Which it is in comparison!)My doctor simply told me to keep my diet light, and to eat often. Nothing fatty or greasy. If it was high in calories and fat, it was not good to eat.I'm not sure why toast with jam is messing you up, but maybe you should call your doctor. Maybe you can try soups and stews, and other things that are water-based, as long as they haven't got a cream sauce. I feel so bad for you. No one who hasn't had a gallbladder attack can even fathom what you're going through. Good luck.
I never had that problem when I was pregnant but I did have my gullbladder removed in September,2006 so I know how you feel. The only thing I was able to eat was yogurt. So I would try that and I hope that helps you. And for the gullbladder attacks try holding a pillow on your stomach and sit in the sitting position and try rocking back and forth that helped somewhat for me. I hope what I have told you will help you please let me know if that helps and good luck with your pregnancy. G. S.
Let me just say that I feel sooo bad for you. I have had gallbladder attacks and well, let me just say, that I would rather give birth to my daughter again, than have another attack.
Anyway, my gallbladder was removed (ton of gall stones), but until it was I lived on noddles and low fat or no fat cottage cheese. I found that anything greesy with fat tend to set it off. Jello, dry noddles, low or no fat cottage cheese or toast. Diary, really did not have an affect on me. I have read that some people had a problem with dairy, but I guess it would be based on your own person situation.
I really feel bad for you. I had mine removed 4 months after I had my daughter, so I know what it is like to have attacks and be pregnant. Good luck!
I think it would be best if you call a doctor and ask them what to do about it. My sister in-law had the same thing when she had her oldest son and had to have surgery after he was born.I wish you all the luck.
Eating fat free things really helps. I had a friend that had that same problemw hen she was pregnant and she lived off of fat free turkey sandwiches and pretzels! I hope that helps some!
