My husband and I just welcomed our beautiful daughter into this world almost two months ago. She will be two months on the 7th of this month I haven't resumed my period yet, my husband and i had sex but he wore a condom with spermicide. So should of worry about being pregnant again? I also want to let you know I am getting Implanon on the 7th

What can I do next?

Well, I had our first baby and we didn't use anything and we had baby number two 12 months from the birth of our first baby so be glad you used something and you should be fine. We don't regret our second child at all but it was a shock at first since our first was a preemie.

While there are lots of women that can and do become pregnant while breastfeeding and before first period...I think they are the exception rather than the rule. However, if you're not ready for another baby this quick...then keep using those condoms and you'll be just fine!

Although I have to say, I didn't get my period until 8 months post partum...and I probably took 8 pregnancy tests lol. It's just a weird feeling not getting your period and having just had a kid, that 'what if I'm pregnant' is ALWAYS in the back of your mind lol

I know two couples with Irish twin (siblings that 10 or 11months apart ) it happens. But honestly I don't think you need to worry if you used a condom. Periods can take a year to come back.

Even if your period hasn't started yet, the time after pregnancy can be a time of great fertility for some women. So, yes, keep using contraception. I know of quite a few women who have become pregnant soon after they gave birth. There are some women who believe that breastfeeding will suppress ovulation; I've found that this is *more* true in underdeveloped countries, where the mother doesn't have as many food resources and menstruation is suppressed due to her body not getting enough food to support her and her nursing the baby.
