Just curious, Anyone ever get pregnant and didnt know it for a few months? Still have periods? My youngest is 13 months old. Ive never had a period while pregnant. The past few months Ive had two periods before that it was before i got prego with my youngest. I took a test a couple months ago and it was negative. The past couple days I have been feeling some movement. I think it might just be some gas bubbles and im also on the verge of going out to get another test just to make sure.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

I took a test last night it was negative and another today negative also. Im gonna make a doctor appointment just to make sure everything is ok and is where its suppose to be. Hopefully Im just feeling gas bubbles!

I just checked @ the hospital if I was (yesterday) I'm on the mirena, I don't have my periods & felt movement- I'm not pregnant. Take a test just to see or just take care of yourself & wait a little longer.

Good luck

I was 4 months with my second when I found out. HOWEVER, I nursed for over a year with my first, didn't' get my period for several more months after nursing, so I didn't have the 'missed' period. Seriously, almost 3 1/2 years period free from 2 pregnancies and nursing 2 kiddos was pretty awesome.

It could be gas bubbles, it could be phantom kicks. I've had those before, very weird!

So take another test.

And you don't need to get a second test if one shows up positive. HCG tests ONLY show positive if you're preggo. It's unmistakeable.

But if it shows negative and you're having symptoms (not just "movement" which could be gas"), but other symptoms, like missed periods, breast soreness, nausea, tiredness, increased urination, etc, you might want to go get a blood test to be sure.

All three of my pregnancies were complete mysteries for at least the first 2 months.

It could be gas... Or you could be pregnant. Implantation can cause light bleeding/spotting that can be mistaken for a light and short period. I had this with my last pregnancy. If you have a pregnancy test that is positive, and have bleeding after that you must get to the doctor!

get another test... if it is negative, don't worry unless you have more symptoms, like nausea, weight gain, missed periods... etc.

I've been prego 4 times and with all of them, I found out I was prego well into my 4th month. I've never had regular periods. Our 2 older ones are 4 and 5 (1 yr and 2 wks apart.) and Our 2 youngest will be 1 yr and 4 monthes apart (due in 2 monthes w/ out last. :) ). I would get sick or naseaded (sp?) one night and hubby would be like your prego, I'd get a test and sure enough. Though I've never really had morning sickness or anything else like that.

I was about 18-20 weeks with my son and since I have always had irregular periods I thought I was still having them. And I didn't show until later I still gained weight but it was all over not just in my belly. So I would say see a dr if your in doubt.

Go to Dollar General get the $1 test and just be on the safe side. If that says + then I would get a more expensive one.
