yes i was wondering if you could still have your period and be pregnant too. i have heard some people be pregnant and still have their periods and if anyone has had that happen to them. what happened and everything turn out ok. please let me know thanks.
Well,when I was preg w/ my 2nd child, I didnt find out till I was almost 4 months. My periods were just as regular as they had always been. It was a normal pregnancy after that. And I had a 8lb 8 oz healthy baby boy :-)
I had one pregnancy where I had a period while pregnant. When I missed a period, I was already about 10 weeks pregnant. All was fine.
The ultrasound showed another area in the uterus that might have been a twin that never formed. The period was that blood being expelled.
Have you taken a pregnancy test?
A. i just wanted to let you know that when I got pregnant with my daughter I had my period for 4 months. When i missed my 1st period I found out I was 4 months along. But to let you know everything turned out just fine and my daughter is 16 now and is totaly healthy.
It is actually kind of common to have your period for the first trimester but anything after that I would make a point to talk to your doctor about it.

With my first child I didn't find out I was pregnant until I was about 6 months along. I had periods up until then only instead of once a month I would start at the end of the month and run into the next month. I finally stopped having them when I found out. I had complications something you shouldn't worry about because mine were mainly because the baby wasn't getting the right nurishment those first 6 months but anyway everything did turn out okay. He's five now and healthy as can be.
I've done that a few times with normal periods & pregnant, the 3 times I did happened to end in miscarriage but don't think it was connected as I've had a total of 8 m/c's.
i didnt have a period but there was one time when i just blead. i thought that i had miscarried. my doctor told me that i, at that time, had a low lying placenta. but it did move and i never had anymore bleeding. i would just tell my doc. and see what he says. i have known people who had there period during pregnancy.
