False positive are nearly non existent. Only a few conditions can cause them and if you had one you'd know it.

Congratulations. First thing you need to do is find an OB or midwife to see you through the pregnancy (if you don't already have one). They probably won't want to see you until you are about 8 weeks pregnant. Also start taking (if you haven't already) some pre-natal vitamins, you can get these at most supermarkets and pharmacies without a prescription.
Once you see your OB/midwife they can answer any questions you have about the pregnancy. There are also some great books out there about pregnancy, such as "what to expect when you're expecting", and many others. The feeling sick is normal in pregnancy, usually only lasts about the first 12 weeks (if that), cramping can also be normal for some people. If you are concerned about the cramping you can request an earlier appointment with the Dr.
Just go to your Dr., walk in clinic, or Planned Parenthood and get a pregnancy test. Don't go to the hospital, this is not an "emergency!"
I wouldnt go to the hospital, I would find an OB or go to a free clinic.
If you have a clinic you go to for regular check ups you can just call and tell them you are pregnant and need to scheduale your first visit. Usually you dont see a dr till you are around 12 weeks unless there is a problem. As long as you are not bleeding you do not need to go to the hospital. If you dont have a clinic then you need to find one so you can stay on top of your check ups while pregnant.
Being sick and having your stomach hurt does not mean you are pregnant. However, a positive pregnancy test does.
Please make an appointment with your doctor to confirm the pregnancy and discuss what happens next.
If you are feeling sick, call your clinic and describe your symptoms. The on-call triage nurse will tell you if you should go to the ER, to urgent care, or just make an appointment to see your doctor. This holds true any time you are sick and aren't sure what to do.
most likely yes. go to plannec parenthood or your public health center. they can confirm it. they also can give you guidance as to how to pick doctor and so on. one step at a time. breathe. and congrats!!
You just need to call your doctors office/clinic and let them know that you are pregnant and set up an appointment. Depending on how it works at your clinic they may want to see you now or between 8-12 weeks pregnant. If you are feeling sick... well thats sometimes just a part of being pregnant. There is no need for a hospital visit, there is nothing they could really do for you there.
If you took a test and it was positive then you should go to your gynecologist or an ObGyn. If you're feeling unsure, enlist a friend or family member's help.
Well a positive pregnancy test usually means prego. Congrats! I swear I got nausious the day after I got pregnant with my last one! Call your OBGYN or find one if you don't. They will want to know the date of your last period and schedule you and appt according to that. Good Luck its a beautiful thing!
Call your OBGYN or family practitioner to schedule an appointment. They will usually ask some questions and set the appointment for when you would be about 8 weeks along. Until than act as though you are pregnant, ie, start taking pre-natal vitamins and eating healthy.
