I have 2 bathrooms that may be leaking. One of the toilets when you sit down on it the whole thing moves. The other bathroom is over the garage and the garage has stains on it so I am not sure if the leak was fixed by previous owners but drywall is just needing repair or if it never got fixed. We do not want to use that bathroom until we know the leak has been repaired.
We use Crown Plumbing & he always shoots us straight.
