Hi, we need to find a dependable, yet extremely affordable plumber near The Colony. We have a leak that must be fixed this week! Please let me know if you have any suggestions or ideas! I have never had to use a plumber before and I am not sure what they are supposed to cost. THANKS!!!
I live near (but not in) The Colony and I use C&W Plumbing. I feel they are very honest. They fixed a toilet that another plumber told me needed to be replaced.

Go to my web site, www.debdunn.com. Click on "Home Services" in the lower left corner. Then go to "Concierge Services". Then clck on "See our entire list of Concierge Service Vendors". From there, you can search for a plumber. This is a free service from Coldwell Banker. You do not have to work with a Coldwell Banker agent (or anyone else, for that matter) in order to use the service.
Personally, I use Joey Howze, but I'm not sure if he works in The Colony area. If you want to give him a call, try ###-###-####. He does a good job is is relatively reasonably priced.

We found an excellent plumber. He is dependable, gets to work and done in the least amount of time and I would not say he is cheap - he charges what all other plumbers do but he does not come up with "extra needs".
