Lets see i was taking a woman's multi-vitamin but stop taking those because they made me sick to my stomach(even with food)
Now i take a children's flintstones vitamin;for now(since they don't make my stomach sick) and a vitamin B12.
What brand of daily multi vitamin do you take? Do you take any other vitamins, or other supplements to stay healthy?
Thanks!

I take the Womens One-A-Day Multi Vitamin, plus a calcium tablet, and irom because I fight anemia and osteoporosis runs in my family. This is what my doctor has recommended for me based on my medical needs.
If you have questions about what you should be taking, you might want to ask your doctor for advice.
GBG is a super formula. It has vitamins, minerals and probiotics and a ton of other stuff. Check it out on the website. There are chewable and liquid and some other products. We have been taking them for years. http://www.GBGisIT.com
I have found a children's chewable vitamin to work the best for me. Like someone else said, other multi-vitamins for women or adults make me sick to my stomach, even with food. I could not take prenatal vitamins, they made me sick, so my doctor recommended Flintstones (or a generic version) and folic acid. I have stuck with it ever since. I also take a vitamin D supplement mostly during the winter months. My kids like the gummy version of vitamins, so we have been taking those lately.

Centrum. They make a chewable adult vitamin.
Never take Centrum...sorry Abbie and other Centrum users.
It has been proven by multiple, independent reports, that big companies like Centrum put all their $$ into advertising and they hardly meet the bare minimum requirements in the quality of vitamins and mineral they use to make their product. Meaning, their product is quite inferior. They are not absorbed well by the body.
I use only natural Pre-Natal vitamins from health food stores, because Pre-Natal vitamins are designed to promote growth and life and it would be unethical for companies to create deficient pre-natal vitamins. Or so we hope as consumers.
I buy Costco's Kirkland brand, because they are the same. I started taking the Co 10 or whatever it is, it really does give you energy.
I take a gummy vitamin. Store brand. For adults. Because I don't like horse pills. I should probably add calcium, too.
I take Alive Women's Energy for my multi-vitamin, and I take Mega Red joint care once a day for my osteo-arthritis.
