The standard for ultrasound is 6m, but in special cases they can be done at 6w or so.
Hope all goes well.
Ok I know some of you remember me as always asking can girls get pregnant with one fallopian tube well that question has been answered I just found out im 5 weeks but I'm so scared its etopic does anybody remember when they started feeling the shoulder pains or the pelvic pains I haven't felt any pains but I don't remember when I even started bleeding. Your tubes release eggs alternating months... left then right. So, if only one is blocked, then you would be fertile every-other-month. So, yes it's entirely possible to be pregnant! I'm not sure what pains you are referring to, but I think "no pain" is probably a good sign.
If you are really worried, speak with your doctor and they may be able to do the ultrasound a little sooner. Otherwise, it's only a week away!
I heard sex is supposed to be very painful if its etopic. Good luck, keep us posted.
J. - I just sent you a private message. However, in my experience with my ectopic in Feb of this year, the pains started around the 5-6 week mark, and would come in waves. They would be slight to virtually painless, then would come on strong. It was around my 6 week mark that my tube ruptured and I was bleeding internally and rushed to the hospital. If I were you, I would wait out the 30th (since it is only a few days away), but if you start to feel pain, I would call your Dr. immediately.
my aunt had 7 with one tube. I am pretty sure the second you suspect you are pregnant you are supposed to go in for an ultrasound to make sure. That was what my aunt always had to do. Just to make sure beacuse then they can still save your fertility. But if it goes too long then there may be problems. Get in to see the doc ASAP just to make sure. Good luck! I wish you the best!
go to an urgent care. They will do an ultrasound real quick and you don't have to pay a whole lot... then you won't be worried!
Good luck! =)

the 7-8 week mark is when ectopic can get painful and ruptue. I think you are in the clear, but I would definately call your dr.s office and tell them of your concern, being down to one fallopian tube to check it early.
yes, it is totally possible to get pregnant with only one fallopian tube. if the egg is released from the side with the tube then it can travel on down into the uterus when it is fertilized and have a totally health pregnancy.
