Please Help Me Help My Co-worker!

I am going to a really nice place called The Downing Clinic. It is in Clarkston on Sashabaw Rd. near Pine Knob. My friend that referred me took her kids there for allergy testing and treatment. I am going because of unexplained joint pain and I wanted to check into food allergies/sensitivities. They have a non-invasive test that looks for imbalances and problems. I don't have a doctor to recommend, but I do have a question? Is her daughter on an allergy or asthma regimen? I had the same issue with my oldest when he was young. (sick all the time, expensive antiobiotics, etc.) Then a doctor asked if we had allergies in the family (yes!) and put him on daily allergy meds. That ended all the ear and sinus infections, pneumonia -- everything. No more antiobiotics! Same for my middle child (a son) who has asthma. He had his tonsils and adenoids out at two, tubes in his ears and went on Singulair. He's been a different kid ever since. Maybe there are some other questions your co-worker could ask or other routes of treatment she could pursue.

When I went to Milford Medical Supply to get crutches, I noticed a homeopath in the same building. Her name is Gretchen Snell. It's in a building near the restaurant called Bakers, and by the Dairy Queen that sits next to the entrance of Kensington Metropark.

Personally I give my 5yo echinacea and vit c to boost her immune system. A homeopathic called pulsatilla 30x for wet cold symptoms. I remember seeing one at zerbos health food store in Livonia for asthma.

And if the daughter is so worried over doctors there's a bach flower remedy called Rescue Remedy that's great for stress, moms or kids being to wound up or emotional. I give it to my cat even before going to the vet.
