the Jewish Community Center is a great central location
at 5200 South Hyde Park Blvd Chicago IL. and has it's own parking lot. If this is not good, what area woulds you like to concentrate on?

Hi. Hope that your party is a success:
How about Sabatino's on Irving Park Road (like 4400 W)? Really, really great Italian. They have a separate banquet room. Don't have their ph #, but they were featured on Check, Please!
Again, Good Luck!
We used Trattoria Trullo in Lincoln Square and were thrilled. We customized our menu (with lots of more traditional food not even on their regular menu), had our own room, plenty of space, brought our own cake and loved that there is an inexpensive metered parking lot close by. They even packed up all of the leftovers and sent them home with great grandparents to freeze for lots of meals. It was good food and a really good price.
Menu: bruschetta and calamari for appetizers, green salad, two chicken dishes, roasted veggies, roasted potatoes and pasta with soft drinks and coffee for $30 per adult.
Hi C., just in case you are looking for musicians, I am a classical pianist available for hire for your event! If so just send me an email or give me a call--i am listed in the Mamasource businesses under "A.'s Piano Studio". Good luck with your planning! -A.
we are going to have ours in May at club casa in Des Plaines. it is a very nice place and accomadating.
We had 35 people at Vince's Italian Restaurant on Harlem for my son's Baptism...it was a little over 1000$. The food was great and so was the service!
This might not be an option for you, but we had our daughter's baptism reception in our church's fellowship hall.
That way everyone could go from the service to the hall without driving and it saved us a ton of money.
We even used a caterer from our church.
Worked out great, especially with the amount of people that came.
It's a little further east, but we had ours at O'Donovan's on Irving Park. They have a charming back room, great food, great service and decent prices!
What about the White Eagle on Milwaukee (south of touhy, north of Devon)?
