I jsaw a FB post for a napping challenge yesterday. Now THAT'S a challenge I can round up some enthusiasm for!

Maybe I am late to this game, but just saw a June plank challenge on facebook, and I've signed on. It is little more than a schedule, and you can comment to say that you've done yours. Seems like a nice reinforcer/ accountability thing.
Have any of you done anything similar?
Best,

I'm challenging myself to see how long I can go without participating in any challenges!
Winning so far! :)~
(good luck to those who enjoy that exercise stuff! Unless planking is sitting on a piece of wood and reading a book, I'm good there. Does squatting whilst one weeds the yard count?)
i haven't seen that, but i just started a 100 mile june challenge on FB, and almost a dozen people have signed up! it sounds similar- they just shoot me a message with how many miles they've walked, run or swam each day and i keep a running tally.
planks and squats- eep! so good for you, but so dang hard!

I'm doing the ab challenge this month. I love these little challenges for keeping things changed up.
Some of my friends have mentioned they're doing it.
I'm gonna check it out....
Personally not a fan of challenges, as I think they cause you to overtrain one particular body part. Your body needs time to recover and allow the muscle to build.
Working the same group everyday is a recipe for injury and damage.
Particularly since I feel that these "challenges" are usually directed to those that are not already fitness people, that may not understand proper form, etc...
JMO.
Eh. I have my workout routine established, which includes planking and squats. I'm not going to bother with a "challenge"
...unless someone will give me chocolate for doing so! ;)
Never done one, but I sure would like to. I just can't do FB.
