I haven't made them from the pillowcase, just from a fabric that I liked, and they are soo easy.

I recently just heard of them. I was told they were incredibly easy to make. I did not know you could download the pattern.

I've bought 2 from Hannah Andersson and LOVED them... If I was a seamstress, I'd make them and my custom curtains I want. I wish I learned to sew as a girl.

I have seen some that were really well made, cute trim etc. with big, huge matching hair bows and I thought they looked ridiculous. Maybe it was the matching bows. Am I the only one who doesn't like them?

Ridiculously easy to make! 18 or so inches wide fabric, length you want it, then add two inches for seams. Trim the arm holes by laying both pieces of fabric together (wrong sides together) and cut about 4" down and 3" in an 'L' shape, sew sides up, sew arm holes up, hem bottom and then sew the top to accommodate ribbon for tying. Super simple, you can sew one in 1/2 hour.

I bought them on etsy.com for my niece and my daughter's dolly. I think they look pretty simple. I didn't get one for my daughter because i think her shape isn't best for them, but little girls would be adorable.

These are super easy to make! I also have a couple other easy patterns for sun dresses that I make for my girls. It takes less than an hour to make a couple of the and they are a great way to get started on sewing.
Have fun!

I have never heard of these and my daughter is too old for anything like this, but they are sooooo cute! I'm calling my mom to tell her about them. My cousin has a little girl and she would look adorable in something like that! I want to make some! Thanks for sharing! :)
