I didn't have a C-section, but I had an operation on my stomach when I was a child that left a 8 inch scar on my stomach. When I was pregnant, the scar on my stomach would cause me pain and it would itch from stretching. I would just keep putting lotion on it and would rub it when it hurt. Hang in there! It should stop after you have the baby!

i can't personally speak to the c-section scar - but it makes sense that the scar tissue would make it more sensetive. Always a good idea to ask your doctor about it though!

The saliva i think is a very normal thing... at least in my experience (i'm 18 weeks pregnant now) and a good friend of mine (who's currently 37 weeks along) - we both experienced that especially during the first trimester.

Congrats!! wishing you a happy, healthy 9 months! :)

Congrats on the new baby. I am 7 weeks pregnant with our second baby and had my first ultrasound yesterday. I also had a c-section the first time. The doctor said that there would be more cramping this time because of the scar tissue stretching and it was perfectly normal. I hope this helps but if your still worried I would just give your doctor a call.
