We got ours from Costco.
Don't know if they still sell this this season.
But check.
We don't replace ours every year.
It is about 4 years old and is still fine.
Or try Sear's.
I need to buy some new patio umbrellas this year and their are so many choices and such a wide price range. Don't know if it is worth spending the "big bucks" on them to have them last several years or if I should plan to replace them every year. I need 4. Are there any umbrellas that you have bought that you really liked or any that you thought that didn't hold up well and had to be replaced? Thanks in advance for your input.

Unless you have a tiny table, anything less than 9' will look skimpy.
Don't go with the (cheaper) market umbrellas.
Get the kind with a crank handle.
We've had cheaper ones last and spendy ones punk out in O. year.
Look for sales!
Kohl's has their patio umbrellas for 50% off right now. Pair that with a 20% coupon at the register. I'm getting a rectangular one tomorrow as a mother's day gift to me. It will cost me out of pocket about $62.
I do not know the name brand of the umbrella, but we bought one at Seasonal Concepts and spend around $200 on it, 6 or 7 years ago. it still looks brand new. we bring it in every winter, and if there is any sort of storm other than just some rain, we bring it in then too. We also keep it closed when we are not using it. taking good care of it has been why ours has lasted.
S.:
We have had one umbrella for 3 years now. It's endured snow storms, ice, wind, heat, humidity, etc. I don't know the name of it. We bought it at Big Lots 3 years ago - it was $150, I believe.
If it were me and I needed 4? I would buy the best QUALITY I could afford.
We also close ours up when we are done using it. We do NOT leave it open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That might be a factor in why ours has lasted so long.
Good luck!
