I am not sure how expensive they are, but I know Artworks is a lot of fun. Also, the Witte Museum has children parties.
i am planning my son's 5th birthday party. the problem is that i cannot find a reasonable ($) place to have the party. i am so tired of chuck e cheese. are there any other ideas with reasonable prices?

This past Thursday we attended a b-day party at Pump It Up (an inflatable castle place) located on Grissom, just off of Bandera Rd. We (My 14 month old, my husband, and I)had a lot of fun. I couldn't even begin to tell you the rates for a b-day party, but I do believe someone else provided you with the website. Good Luck and enjoy!
I highly recommend the Children's Museum. The guests will definitely not get bored. They have age appropriate activities. Give them a call.
I come to your house and do Build-Your-Own Stuffed Animal parties for kids. I also offer Princess Dress Up Parties and Makeover parties for girls.
Here is the link to my website if you are interested
It makes it really easy for you to sit back and enjoy your child's birthday party. I entertain the kids for about an hour then you are free to do presents and cake then your done! It's so easy!
I have not been to this place but seams pretty new and fun especially for a 5 year old party! http://www.inflatablewonderland.com/
This is another one just like it: http://pumpitupparty.com/tx/san-antonio/san-antonio-ne-tx...
I know that Brack park has a nice covered area with tables set up and everything for $80...
If your in San Antonio try the Kiddie Park on Broadway at
Grayson. It can be a fun place for 5 year olds!

Hi I..
How about the neighborhood pool?
A park?
Your house? Nothing wrong with old fashioned party games, like "hot potato", "musical chairs", "pin the tail on the donkey".
Good luck!
