I'm too impatient to wait until tomorrow. Does anyone know the grace period on an auto loan at park side credit union? And, is there a limit on how many times you take advantage of it?

What can I do next?

Most company's that allow a grace period will still allow you to pay late but you have to pay a late fee. You'll really have to call them and ask.

Most car loans have anywhere from a 3-10 day grace period. Normally you will not be charged a late fee for any payment within that grace period and there is no limit to how frequently you use it.

As far as being reported to your credit report, your payment has to be 30 days past due to be reported. No one is going to turn you over to the credit bureau for paying within your grace period. That is why it is called a grace period. Most car loans and mortgages have one.

You need to call and ask but keep in mind, any late pay including grace period late charges will go on your credit report.

I would never make a habit of using a grace period... It just puts you further in debt and ruins credit.

Best wishes
