I really like "love and logic" classes. Its big out here because it was started in the area, but it is nationwide. I wouldn't say we use it fully but it definitely improved our style.
I'm having a hard time finding an appropriate one in my community. I've been looking online, but a lot seem to be geared to wards new parents or parents with troubled tweens/teens. My kids are 6 and 3, and I'm struggling with my own parenting style and feel like I could use some outside help.
Has anyone used an online one that they would recommend? Tx!

Ask your pediatrician and your elementary school for some referrals.
Check with your local DSS office or a local children's museum. Both have worked for people I know.
Until you can find a class - and good for you for looking for one! - try the book How to Talk So Kids Will Listen. It's cartoons. Really easy to read and astonishingly easy to implement.
Not a class per se, but Laura Markham's site ahaparenting is wonderful.
I googled it.
