I tear the middle out then put it on the toilet. Easier that way.
Is it just me? I just can't figure out an efficient way to use those paper toilet seat coves in public restrooms. It seems I get it all situated then right before I sit down the auto-flush swoops it down the toilet. Who has a sure fire way to tear them apart and put them on the seat?

Oh my stars! I gave up on those things years ago.
Learn to squat. It gives you great leg muscles. :)
I do wish I could use them for my kids...but they just fall right into the toilet.
I remember my mother holding me over the toilet once when I was very small. I tried that once-my kid thought I was crazy.
Heehee.
I don't know so I use two and put one with the circle thingy facing the front and another on top of it facing the back! Lol!
Instead of having the "flap" hang in the toilet I fold it back and sits on top of the seat. That way it doesn't get flushed with the autoflush.
Good luck.
Ahahaha I love this! Just flashed in my head the memories of those days... WE HAVE ALL HAD THEM. I tear out the middle too. But is it just me or are seat covers never refilled like they are suppose to be and you end up using toilet paper anyway? This gave me a good laugh... Thanks!
I only tear the part right at the front of the seat before I put it on. That way it's not long enough to get wet or sucked down but won't tear too much when it's being used.
