sounds like it could be adhesions and they hurt when they break down.
I previously asked about some Right lower abdominal pain or pressure. Two different doctors can't feel anything and further diagnostic testing would be in the thousands. I have just discovered or realized that this pain is right in the location of a scar from an incision when I had fibroids removed (major surgery and incision) and had another laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis.
Has anyone else had this weakness in an old incision (even C-Section might be the same area)
Could it be a hernia?

If you are not going to go all the way, have the diagnostic tests and figure out what this pain is, your only alternative is to live with it.
Maybe it's serious and maybe it's not.
We have no way to tell.
It could just be adhesion to scar tissue. If you can massage and break up the scar tissue, it could help. I had to do this after my tummy tuck. It hurts like crazy, but it prevents a lot more pain in the future.
If you had surgery, there is a pretty good chance there is scar tissue. Think of all the layers they have to go through. I had ovarian drilling a long time ago for infertility issues. Every once in a while I will cough while sitting or hunched over (or even sneeze) and I get a little pain in the ovary area. I had it checked because ovarian cancer scares the living sh*t out of me. Scar tissue. Since it is not interfering or causing problems, nothing to worry about. Sometimes I even get a little pinch at my C-section line or where the little cuts are from removal of my gallbladder.
Sounds like scar tissue.
I've had 3 abdominal surgeries all related to endometriosis. During the surgery they move the organs on which endometrium has grown to remove the endometrium. This results in scar tissue. For some it's enough scaring the organs and intestines become held rigidly in place. That is whatcauses the pain. They cannot move when jostled.
For me, they were unable to remove all the endometrium which then bled each month at the time I would've had a period if I still had a uterus. If you still have overies the pain can be caused by ovarian cysts. As long as you at least have part of an ovary you will still have cycles.
I had pain for several years after the hysterectomy. I had a physically active life. Running/race walking was required for work. I discovered that i had less pain walking than jogging. Once i completed menopause and retired the pain stopped.
