To know for sure check your airline's website and read the fine print. Otherwise, I agree with CE. (not sure about the dis. razor, though).
My husband and I are flying to Denver tomorrow. We will only be there for 3 days so I am packing light. I really want to avoid checking any luggage so just taking 1 suitcase each. (small suitcases). It has been few years since we have flown and not sure about all the rules. I put all toiletries in 3 0z. bottles and quart size bags. One for each of us. Is it ok to bring make-up and razors and tweezers and stuff like that on your carry-ons? Thanks moms!!

Make up is fine as long as it's in small bottles. No tweezers. Disposable razor is fine. Check out TSA for more info.

Nothing that can "possibly" be used as a weapon. one disposable razor is fine - I know this for sure - Hubby travels internationally and carries on. I'd leave the tweezers and nail clippers at home. Make-up is fine as long as it's not liquid in more than 3oz.
Safe travels!
I just flew to NYC and back with razors and tweezers along with metal nail files. No one said one thing to me. I put it all in my makeup bag and put that bag in my purse not my luggage carry on.
Nail clippers are ok as long as they don't have file on them. Go to the TSA site for a complete list of do's and don'ts.
razors (for shaving) are ok. You might be able to bring very blunt tweezers but not really sharp ones. we successfully carried on for our family of 4 last march. on our return home i forgot that I left some shampoo in the luggage and did not put it in the zip loc. and MY HUSBAND had that bag. I didn't realize until I had gone through security with our kids. Everywhere we go he is stopped for "random security" extra checks. But not at the airport for some reason. No one found it. (or at least they did not say anything) oops.
