Who has done it? Did you like it? Did you finish and how were the results? I have been running for 6 weeks to lose the baby weight and just bought it.

What can I do next?

I've never done it personally, but I have a friend whose husband has been doing it for years, and he is RIPPED!!! It's intense, and my friend tried to do it with him and nearly vomitted, but you'll definitely see results....if you can get through it :) Good luck. I'm still working on the baby weight, and my baby is 6 yrs old.

Ok this is what is up with me and my husband, we bought it,
I tried it and I do like it alot it is kinda fun but it is alot of work.
Then I started homeschooling my children and now I am too tired and don't have the time.

I know, excuses, excuses. I will get to it one day and I hope that day will be sooner than later.

What I have tried on the P90X it was great.

I wish you the best with it and have fun. = )

I did it last year and just last week started it again. I did get toned when I did it last time. And it's been a year since I've worked out and being that summer is almost here I wanted to tone up again. I don't need to lose weight so I'm not sure how it is from that aspect. I love the program. Last year I did the plyometrics but this time I'm doing the cardiox and I'm not doing the yoga this time around(there's some yoga in the cardiox dvd). The 1st week and 3rd week are the sorest but after that it gets easy.

My husband has been doing P90X for about 6 months and LOVES it! He is in better shape than he ever has been (he's always been good about working out - used to go to a gym though).

I'm not committed enough to do the P90X program, but I did buy Tony Horton's 10-minute trainer program (same guy from P90). My teen and I did 2 segments yesterday and got a great work-out!

The hardest part for me, with videos, is being disciplined enough to make time for them.

Good luck with your decision.

It's a great workout. Stay committed, just like any other program. Also, Heart Rate Monitors are absolutely great. It is worth it to buy a good Polar with a chest strap and invest in having a Cardio Point test to see where your Fat burning/Endurance/Anerobic Threshold zones are. It will get you results more quickly.
