You don't ovulate for 3 days, you ovulate for a few minutes to a few hours. However, your body will show symptoms of ovulation and fertility for 2-4 days.
Good Luck!

if you notice any more unusuall discharge or changes in your natural scent or burning/itching you prolly need to go to the doc cause you coauld have a yeast infection or a vaginal infection or worst case scenario an STD. all require special medications for treatment.
Usually, as long as your discharge is not foul smelling or a funny color (greenish), you should not be concerned. However, if you notice the odor or color it would signify infection and you should see a doctor. Personally, I notice an increase in the white discharge for a few days before my period starts. I hope this helps!
my name is V., and i looked up alot of information on ovulation, because me and my husband was trying to get pregnant. Females ovulate between 24-48 hours. if you are trying to get pregnant, most women with a normal 28 day period cycle, ovulate a week after your period. This is what your supposed to do, the first day of your period counts as day one, you go through your period still couting the days, when it hits about the 14th day that is when your about to ovulate. I took a ovulation test and that tells you all about it.Also me and my husband went to barns and nobles which has alot of info. it only took the second month to get pregnant, with our very first child. Our baby was born May 2nd of 2007. The sad news is that he had a birth defect, were his lungs never grew and our baby boy lived for 3 1/2 hours. He was born at the #1 hospital in the world, The childrens Hospital of Philadelphia, which has been ranked # 1 in thw world for 7 years now. Me and my husband moved there so when our baby was born he could have his surgery, well the doctors thought he was doing really good, until he was born and they realized he just didn't have any lungs. What it was,is that his diaphram never closed properly which is supposed to happen between the 7-10 of development, while in my stomach. and for no unknown reason it didn't close. So his liver ,stomach, and intestines were inside of his chest, which made no room for his lungs. I know my story doesn't relate to the ovulation, but i just wanted to write about it, it hasn't been that long and it still bothers me. me and my will be trying some time in the near future for another. It also lets people know that this kind of thing happends to people. We never thought it would happend to us. We were worried about our baby boy growing up and doing drugs, hanging out with the wrong people and so on, well inour case it never made it that far. well thanks for listening and i hope that my answer helps you. -V.
