My sonoram show that have 3 systs on ovary (one blody and two watery). My doc. gave me 3 weeks to deside do i want cut them or i need use hormanal pils. Please if you know any natural recipe or anything for cure or shrink ovaryan systs let me know.

I am not sure if it was just a coincidence or what. But I was trying to conceive and had a hemorrhagic cyst on my ovary and two simple cysts on the fallopian tubes. I read where you can make a "cocktail" of apple cider vinegar and black strap molasses. So I gave it a try- 1 tbl apple cider vinegar (it absolutely must be the kind with the "mother" that you buy at a natural food store. The "mother" is the good stuff that they filter out when they pasteurize vinegar as "table" vinegar. You do not want the table vinegar.). Then 1 -2 teaspoon of molasses. I mixed this up and drank twice a day for about a month (it really doesn't taste bad at all). The next time I went back to have my follow-up sonogram 6 weeks later to check on the cysts, they were completely gone without a trace.
Also my doctor took a wait and see approach. As long as they weren't bothering me and didn't look suspicious on the ultrasound, she said they will usually resolve themselves over time. Get a second opinion if you need to.
