Hey there,
I know how you feel and it's awful! I have the Mirena and ever since I got it a little more than a year ago my PMS got out of hand, and so did my skin(which I never use to have problems with), I went back to my OB/Gyn and he prescribe me some Cymbalta. For 6 months at first and then another 6, since as soon as I stopped taking it after 6 months I was yelling and screaming at my children again and I hated it. Needless to say the dr keep on telling me that it's not the mirena but the outbreaks are because of the mirena. So for the mirena, it's not necessary the answer. Even if you don't have a period or spotting(after a few months). For the meds that's suppose to help - which does a little but it's about $150 a month! Try the vitamins, it's safe and you have nothing to loose except your PMS!
Good luck!
