OB\GYN In Cuyahoga Falls

My husband and I have decided to have another baby. I went through Paragon with my son's pregnancy and was pretty satisfied with the doctor that I had but in some ways was not all that happy with the experience too. I was hoping to have a doctor that was more on a personal level than on a business level, if you know what I mean, I guess you can say its kind of hard to explain it though. I know that I would definitely need an OB\GYN because my blood type is different than my husband's which means that both me and the baby get a series of shots during and after the pregnancy plus, I was on bedrest with both of them for the last 3 weeks of the pregnancy. Does anyone know of any OB\GYN that is like that?

What can I do next?

I highly recommend the doctors at Womens Health Group. I've been going there for over 10 years, and they delivered both of my girls. I go to the office in Green, and see Dr. Jadallah primarily, but they also have offices at Tallmadge Circle and (I think) Montrose. They used to have an office at St. Thomas hospital, too, but I'm not sure they still do. Anyway, Dr. J is very personable and funny. He always asks to see pictures of my girls, and he shows me his pictures too. The staff is very friendly, and they always know me by name when I walk in. They keep scrapbooks in the waiting room of all of the babies they've delivered, and they encourage us Moms to send them school photos or holiday cards so they can keep it updated. My birthing experiences were great, too. I've been very happy there. I hope this is helpful. Good luck!

Dar A.,
I am not sure how far you are looking to travel but a friend here told me about the Reserve. She liked it real well i believe it is in Hudson. I also am a current patient at Paragon and am a little disapointed. We are new to the Cuyahoga Falls area and that was the only place my PPO knew up there. (He is in Barberton) I wish i would have taken my friends advice.

I used OB/GYN of the Reserve in Bath. They are really nice there but I wouldn't say they are overly personal. It sounds as if you might want to look into a midwife or a duella. A midwife is usually with you throughout your labor instead of showing up as he baby is popping out like doctors. From what I heard a duella holds your hand, wipes your brow, sings you lulabyes, etc.

Good luck!
