Nurse Midwives at Park Nicollet

I used the midwives for my daughter - now 19 months and am currently using them for my baby that is due at the end of October - I adore them. They are very caring and take all the time in the world to address any problems, concerns, etc. I never feel as though I am being rushed through their offices - I fell off a step stool this summer and they fit me into an overbooked schedule to see me and reassure me everything was fine. The OB's there are really good at working with the midwives as well. Good luck!

I too have used the Midwives at Park Nicollet, SLP, for both of my pregnancies and routine exams. I've used Lois Satterberg in combination with Jeannette Strathy (OB). I altered my visits between the two. I'll do it again on the next pregnancy. They are truly understanding and always very good about calming you or your worries (ie. working you in if need be). Good luck to you! I bled with my second until about 19 weeks and had a very healthy baby boy.

I used the nurse midwifes at park nicollet....LOVE THEM! They were all so very kind and detailed! I never had any problems with them at all, and they were great during labor too!

I went through Park Nicollet's midwife group for 2 pregnancies and wouldn't do it any other way. Good luck to you!

I see this was awhile ago, but I used the midwives and loved them! No bad experiences, and they stuck with me through pre-eclamsia. Kaisa Johnson stayed with me through my c-section, which I thought was amazing. I love these women. I recommend them to all my friends.

Yes!!! I had four children using the midwives there. Vida Kent is the woman who delivered all of my kids - she's wonderful. Given my choice to use any kind of provider, I wouldn't do it any other way! Good luck to you and that little baby!
