I just want to say I LOVE this website. I have been on other sites before but this is a favorite and I love the different conversations and answers. Totally not a question just felt like saying that. It is so relaxing for me at night to sit and chat on Mamapedia. I do it sometimes instead of watching tv or whatever once I put the kids in bed, it helps me relax, and I really like getting different perspectives from all of the interaction. Anyways not a question just felt like saying that :-) Great group of ladies on here.

I love this site too. It's one of my favorites! It is relaxing.
I am addicted, and i also do this instead of watchinh TV. but ir does worry me the amount of time a spend here. What other productive things could i be doing (i ask myself)?

I agree. I've come to recognize and deeply appreciate many contributors. I almost feel I know them. And every once in awhile, a new mom signs on and expands the community. Love it!
Plus many, many moms have challenged my ideas over the years, and have sometimes persuaded me to adjust and broaden what I think I know. And even if they don't shift my thinking, I'm still clearer about what I believe, having taken the time to think through new information.
So that this doesn't get pulled you can make this a question by asking what we think of this site.
I enjoy this site very much, I hardly ever watch TV anymore :)
I've been part of internet parenting sites for 12 years and I think it's great that we have these types of forums, to get a great variety of perspectives and experiences. I'm glad that you enjoy this site so much!
