I love netflix! We usually get all the old TV series that we have missed out on in the past few years. I like it becasue by the time my son goes to bed and we can sit down and relax its to late to watch a long movie. So its nice to just relax and watch a 45 min tv show. I also like getting kids movies that we can watch together and decide if its something I want to buy.

I've watched all 11 seasons of Law and Order: SVU. First 5 seasons of Bones. All seasons of Roswell (loved that show as a kid). Torchwood. There are also some really great movies that you can stream right away. After you start rating movies they will suggest some to you. Or, type in an actor/actress you like and see if any are streamable.

I watch it ALL... from odd documentries, old movies, new movies that I did not want to watch in the theater, TONS of kids programming, my son can work the instant streaming on the Wii himself LOVES IT feels like a big boy (4) ... My queue has TONS of odd things on it from TV series that I "missed" like Army Wives and Tudors to old feel good movies like Singin in the Rain. Just a week ago we saw Toy Story 3!
Oh and they are changing to NO more DVD's so with in the next year or so it will ALL be intant streaming no more brand new movie wait for the dvd!
We have it on the Wii, PS3 and laptop (hooked up to the tv) all for the same price!

TV shows. We're big Sci-fi/fantasy fans. We're watching Battlestar Galactica right now. We watched Dr Jekyll/Mr Hyde (the new, British version mini-series). We watched Angel a while ago, and Stargate.

We also watch movies, but we watch both the on-demand and the DVDs (we have a subscription that has both options) because they just don't have all the movies we want on-demand.

I like dramas, and I'm working through Emily of New Moon (read the books as a kid; the series is a lot like a soap opera, with Emily of course, and set in the 1890s in Prince Edward Island).

We also love the fact that they have good kids shows (a lot of the PBS Kids stuff) online like. My son loves the Busytown Mysteries, Martha the Talking Dog, etc.

Oh dear me... SO much (and more all the time)... We have over 200 movies & tv shows on our instant queue, and we watch tons of things that aren't on it.

We don't have cable (basic or otherwise), our TV is plugged into our xbox & our computers... which are plugged into the internet.

Most of our viewing though, is curled up in bed or the couch with a laptop. Between Netflix streaming, Hulu, itunes, vuze... there isn't a single thing that we need "tv" for except for as a viewing screen.

I watch documentaries and crime dramas, my daughter watches her teeny bopper shows, the daycare watches all kinds of learning videos and public television stuff, my husband watches whatever he wants. We use ours a lot. I've watched whole season marathons of shows I never saw when they were on. Tv R-runs are great if you haven't actually saw them before :)

Love Netflix!!!

We use the watch on demand much more than the DVDs...we get a DVD and it sits around the house for ever before I remember that we have it. But the watch on demand satisfies my yen for TV when I want to sit and escape.

We have done all of Josh Whedon's Dollhouse and FireflIy series. Also some Heros season, Buffy the Vampire Slayer (re-runs for us, but always fun), and Dr.Who. I like the BBC comedies like Keeping Up Appearances and some Monty Python. Recently we went through all the 21 Jump Street series. I just surf through all the options until we find something we like.

We do movies on demand - mostly action and/or sci-fi. Loved Zombieland, and anything with Nicholas Cage or Bruce Willis is a hit around here

Oh, if I didn't have soooo much to do today, I would go watch TV.

Happy Easter
God Bless
