I'm too lazy and in a hurry, so I'm sorry if this has been a post recently. If it has, if someone wants to direct me to the post, that would be great :) Otherwise....I am looking for some upbeat music to run and workout to. I listen to just about anything, but I like to keep it somewhat current. I say that, yet my fave. music is still Blink-182, old school Good Charlotte, Linkin Park, etc. :) I'm turning into one of those people hehe :) (My bio dad and his wife are huge Poison fans and I totally don't get it....guess I'm getting there with my music preferences :) ) Like I said, I am open to anything that will get me up and going! Thanks ladies!

What can I do next?

When you go running, listen to U2's "Where the Streets have no name." It's awesome.

Pump it by the Black Eyed Peas.
A GREAT workout song for the 'beat' is "Temperature" by Sean Paul.

I really listen to a lot of the 'new' stuff but some of the oldies, like Heart's Barracuda is good too.
And then there's Big and Rich's , Ride a horse, safe a cowboy.
