A GREAT ob is Dr. Susan Boyd at Las Vegas Ob/Gyn. Their number is ###-###-####. She isn't a very far drive from UNLV, maybe 10-15 minutes tops and she is worth the little drive.

F.,

I've had the same OB for the past 15 years. She's nowhere near UNLV (I work near UNLV and live in Silverado Ranch but make the drive because I really like her). Her name is Karen Dalley and she's off Cheyenne & Tenaya in the Mountain View Hospital Medical Center. She's really, really good. I've had 2 miscarriages and 2 high risk pregnancies with her. I've also used the services of Joseph Adashek. He's a perinatologist. His office is Desert Perinatal. He's got one office on Sunset & Ft Apache and a new on off Horizon Ridge & Seven Hills. Both of them would be a drive for you but I think they are worth it. If you needed services that they can't provide I'd bet they could give you are great referral. They are both well known and respected in the medical community here. Good luck in your move and with getting & staying pregnant!

I've also been seeing Dr. Karen Dalley for the past 4 years and she is great. I live about 5 min. from UNLV and I sure don't mind the drive, it's well worth it. Good luck

Paul Chao. He is a wonderful Dr. I was 42 when I got pregnant with my son and considered High Risk due to loss a chid who was stillborn on due date. He is very thorough and has had delicate pregnancies with his own wife. I would highly recommend him. He practice is in Desert Inn Women's Care.

I would recommend Dr Spoon. He has an office near the UMC hospital which is right off 95/I-15 interchange on Rancho. My friend had to go on clomid and other stuff to help her get pregnant and Dr Spoon was really great. I think he has extra certification for infertility stuff, thought I'm not positive. He just has the extra initials behind his name. Not really sure what they mean. He is really laid back and likes to joke. Plus he is pretty good looking which makes it nicer. Even my husband likes him. I think that may very well be the only Dr. he does. Good luck!!
