Wow he's a big boy. My 18 month old weighs 22 lbs. Not that it matters. There is a little boy that lives next door that is 3 months younger than my daughter and he dwarfs her in comparison to size.
Here are a few fun ideas that my daughter loved around that age:
I'd scramble a egg and cook it into a solid patty on a frying pan and lit her use her hand to eat it. Maybe at his age you might want to brake it into small finger food size so he doesn't choke.
Yogurt with applesauce mixed in. or other mashed fruit.
Cottage cheese with fruit.
Oh and the thing I love to do the most is all fruit and vegetable smoothies. I make these for my 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 yr olds and they love them. And I know that they are getting lots of good vitamins in them. As my 3 yr old got older i made them thicker. But for my little one that needs a sippy cup I used these recipes so they were thin enough for a sippy cup. I did find that i had to remove the leak proof insert on the cups so that they could get the juice better.
Try these:
