Please help I am wanting a facial moisturizer and a cleanser for my face.
I have dry skin sometimes and mainly for the most part. But then there days that I have oily skin when I wake up.
Also I am only 20 years old. And I want to prevent wrinkles and maintain healthy skin. I want to start now so when I am older I wont have as many problems as those who didn’t take care of there skin when they where younger.
My skin complection is really pale No color what so ever. I have red cheeks sometime but I don’t have roseachea. Just red prone skin.
Any advice or products you can recommend would be great.

I really like Mary Kay Time Wise cleanser and moisturizer. I have VERY oily skin, with a little dry on my cheeks. The Time Wise cleanser and moisturizer work great for me. The moisturizer is very light and nongreasy, and my foundation goes on very smoothly. They have a couple different formulations/moisturizers for those who have dry skin, etc as well.
I use the Nicole Miller line & love it! My skin has done all kinds of crazy things since I had my babies & the products I use from the line (cleanser/toner, moisturizer, skin serum, etc) really keep it under control. :)
Hi M.,
I use a skin care line by Mannetech that contain NO Preservatives (therefore NO parabens). They can sell a preservatives-fee line because it is made using bacteriostatic water—pure, natural water in which fungus and bacteria cannot grow. It is all made in Japan (I am reading the bottle) :)
I personally had never heard this term… but when I saw my (non surgical – borderline tree hugging) sister-in-law at Christmas, we though she had had a face lift!! It was amazing, I placed an order the following week!!!
I have nothing to gain by you using these products (like some of the other friedns here:)) Just let me know if you need help finding the product.
Good Luck!

Laura Mercier has a nice cleanser & toner and fairly inexpensive. You need to make sure that you get a good scrub also...that's what helps to get rid of the dead skin cells and makes your skin look more vibrant. Lancome is good...Fresh is good, Kiehl's is good...just get samples and try them first before you buy!!
I noticed a lot of responses for dept. store/mail order, more pricey stuff. My dermatologist recommended Aveeno Clear Complexion Foaming Face Wash and I've been using it since then (at least 3 years ago!). They also have a calming face wash and moisturizer to reduce redness (I have a touch of rosecea). I just switched to their Positively Radiant moisturizer. My skin is oily-combination and tends to change with the seasons. The cleansers can be purchased just about anywhere and sometimes there are great coupons in the newspaper. I know with a couple of kids (even though I'm married and we both work), it's still hard to make ends meet! Hopefully, this will be another option for you! Aveeno isn't cheap, but it's not as expensive as the other brands....good luck!
Here is a no fail system. I get compliments on my complexion (which can be combination like yours) all of the time:
1) Prescriptives (from any major department store) "All Clean" cleanser. This is so gentle and soothing. It's creamy and foaming so it does a great job at removing makeup, etc. from you face. Plus, it softens and moisturizes.
2) Cetyphyl facial moisturizers, the original (sp? - from any drug store, Target, etc.) This has been recommended to me by every dermatologist I have seen. It's great and provides a bit of sun protection too. Won't clog your pores either.
Give this a week or two and you will see great results.
As for aging, etc. I learned a great tip a while back...Before bedtime, apply Vasoline under and around your eyes. It is the best for the eye area!!!
Good luck.

I don't know about moisturizer, but I have tried pretty much all cleansers (almay, mary kay, cetaphil, other organic brands, purpose, dermatologist reccomended brands...) and this is so natural and healthy for skin. I love everything about it, and my skin is the best it has been in years. She makes other skin things too, but I haven't tried them yet. I also have red prone skin on my cheeks.

I am also testing a new product from this seller that helps with oily skins and so far I love it. Her mineral make-up is even healthier than bare mainerals b/c it doesn't have bismuth oxide in it.
Sorry this is so late in responding to you, but would love to share a complimentary spa facial with you for your skin type, I have been in business for 17 years.
I will be at convention Tuesday-Saturday but would love to set up a time after that!
never hurts to compare.

I use Arbonne for my skin care needs. Their RE9 products are very gentle and naturally balance your skin. They also repair and prevent wrinkles. I have fair, dry skin like yours and was never able to wear powder as it would cake up and make my skin look even drier than before. But now, I use powder foundation and my skin is 1000% better. I recommend the moisturizing wash and the balancing toner. Another great toner that is way cheaper is Nivea moisturizing toner. You can get it at Wal-Mart.
My number is ###-###-#### if you would like some Arbonne samples or to purchase.
