Try "Simply you" in Colleyville,
They are located on 8300 Precinct line (on the corner of North Tarrant Parkway.
Good Luck
I am planning a baby shower for a friend and I need help finding a reasonably priced location in the North Richland Hills or HEB area. There will be around 20 guests and I just want something that will be nice and special for the mom to be. I don't live in the area, so I am not very familiar with what may be available.
Thanks,
M.
Thank you all so much! The shower was great and we chose the Vineyard's Antique Mall Tearoom. I really appreciate the response!

I recently attended a baby shower at the Main St Cafe in downtown Grapevine. It's quaint, the food is awesome and a great place for ladies to get together. They seated us at 3 large tables on one side of the room and it was catered by the cafe. No separate room, but this is a great little cafe.
Lone Star Antiques off of hwy 377 in Haltom City has a great tea room. I hosted my best friends baby shower there. And she said that it was everything she dream of for her first baby shower. Food is great. The owner let me make my own menu with certain items the guest could pick from so they wouldn't just order anything they wanted that cost a lot. They are worth checking out.
Hi M.,
I gave my friend a baby shower here:

It's in Colleyville, Texas but not far from HEB. It was inexpensive and the service was great. I believe the tearoom is under new ownership, but it's worth a try.
Best of luck to you.
We normally host at one of our homes, but there have been the case where we have hosted it at the guest of honor's home because they are so uncomfortable in the late stages of pregnancy. Another thing we have done is find a restaurant that has a "private" or "party" room. We have used Papasitas, Macaroni Grill, and Le Madeleine (Grapevine). The only thing you will run into is "do you want them to buy their own lunch"?
The mexican restaurants work well, because you really dont want to make the guest pay for their lunch, so you can just order an assortment of appetizers, tea, water and it isnt that expensive.
Try the NRH Recreation Center...$22/hour or so. ###-###-####. Good luck.
There is a little convention center near the firestation in NRH.
Try Brookside or Hurst rec center
Look at the first place on this link. It is the Brookside Center in Hurst. You do not have to live in Hurst to rent it either.

Fins out where her favorite restaurant is. That where my friends threw mine. Couldn't have been happier. My favorite place to eat, with all my friends and the food I'm craving. What pregnant lady could ask for more?
I second the Tea Room. I was at a baby shower there and they do a really nice job. The Mall was a bit hard to find for me not being from the area and was not great having to walk through it but once you step in the Tea Room it is perfect. I think you will be happy with it.
Good luck!
I was given a baby shower at the NRH Rec Center. They have several different rooms of different sizes available. I also attended a bridal shower at this location. It was nice because you set up and decorate to your liking.
Miguelito's on Brown Trail has a back room which would hold about 20. You have to reserve it. They are a typical Mexican restaurant with bright colored walls and decorations. The staff there is very nice.

I attended a baby shower at a tea room off Davis Blvd in North RIchland Hills. It was very nice. I'm not sure how the food works, but it seems like it might be flexible. Check it out here: http://www.thegardencottagetearoom.com/.
I too recommend the tea room at Vineyard Antique Mall. The food is still delicious and the atmosphere will be perfect for an intimate shower.
