My 10 yr old son makes straight A's and 100's on the TASKS test, but we live in Riverside and the schools are not good. I need help from all parents that will help this Single Working Mother of two small children to move me and the kids to a nice house and great school district. I am very interested in buying a house and do not know much about the entire process. I work for a great Dr. in Fort Worth off of Camp Bowie. I can't afford to spoil my children, but simply love them and provide for them the best that I can. But I owe it to my children to put them in great schools. Please if any one can help it would be a blessing. T.

Birdville ISD- which includes North Richland Hills would probably do you well. There are lots of options in NRH & it is a nice city. Good luck to you all!

We are in HEB and I wouldn't trade it for the world. There are some nice houses going up on Highway 10 and on Trinity blvd in Hurst. They are easy access to the train and close to 820 and also close to 30

As a teacher, I looked into a lot of school districts. My top choices after all of the searching and in order of preference were: Keller, HEB, Northwest and Frisco (although Frisco isn't where I was really looking to live). I have been teaching in Keller for 3 years, and I love it.

Also, I live in the Villages of Woodland Springs in Keller/North Fort Worth. There is so much to do here, and so many kids in the neighborhoods. There are homes to buy or homes to lease. Good luck finding what you're looking for, and please keep us posted.

In North Fort Worth, you can buy great, recently built homes that feed the Keller School District. We bought our 3 bedroom, 1600 sq. ft. for 110,000...brand new and are in the KellerISD.
