I would look on craigslist.org for clothes. Also, I have a 6 wk old and have a grocery bag full of clothes that he has already grown out of or onesies that just weren't my taste. You are welcome to them!
I'm due to deliver my first child at the end of October, and although we've been very blessed receiving some of the "big ticket" items on our registry, we have yet to get one onsie we put on it. Our little one will be awfully chilly without some clothing come late October. Does anyone know of some good second-hand stores in the Dallas area that sell baby clothes? We also won't find out the sex of the baby until it's born, so I'll need some more gender-specific clothing after the birth as well, and really don't want to pay full price.

Look on craigslist a lot of people are selling entire wardrobes as their children outgrow the clothes for a very cheap price.
I ditto Once Upon a Child and Kid to Kid. There's several other stores listed in some of the kid's magazines like Dallas Child, http://www.dfwkidsdirectory.com/ and North Texas Kids (pick up free at several locations), but I can't remember names. Maybe a little internet search might help. Try www.dfwareamoms.com and www.momsoutloud.com . Also, I sent you some links to local HUGE consignment sales held in fall and spring. I know there are others out there through churches, etc.

I am not sure exactly where you are located, but there are consignment shops that have kids' clothing. Kid to Kid and Once Upon a Child are two that I have been to and have gotten things for my children. I hope that this helps.
