Need a Power Ranger Birthday Cake

I have just been through this with Cat in the Hat. It's not a common theme that's carried in most bakeries. I learned the hard way that bakeries won't copy party supply images because of copyright issues. So if it isn't in their "book" of cakes that they do, you may have a hard time finding someone to do it.

I didn't realize that and waited until the last minute and have had a hard time finding someone to do it for me. You're best bet is to go with an individual baker who does it out of their home. You may find someone who'll be willing to do it.

Have you tried www.cakes.com? They're a good starting resource, at least. On that site, you can search for what character or theme of cake you're looking for, and then it matches you up to bakeries in your area that have the supplies and abilities to make that particular design.

Or, most any bakery (independent or grocery store)these days can copy an image from a napkin, plate or invitation- so if you don't like any of the options you see in the store, and already have found a picture or birthday party supplies that you want matched, take that item in and see what you can work out.
