I'm a member of a mom's group on www.meetup.com. It's online but we meet on a regular basis with our kids or for mom's day out, ect. This group is not specifically for older moms, but I have seen other groups on the site for moms 35+. You may want to look into that.
Try Cafemom. It has oodles of different forums - and if you don't find one that fits your needs, you can start your own. I'm a member of "teen boys" and "hockey moms" and someone from our school district even started a forum. I'm sure there would be something on there about older moms.
A new place for moms and grammas will be opening in Chanhassen this spring/summer, called Mother's Day. They will have child care on site, with classes and groups for moms and grandmothers (yoga, arts, workshops, lunches, coffee hours, support, etc.) You can email ____@____.com for more info.
