I do not know what we've having yet, baby's due in Oct. But we have already picked a boys name. We're having a hard time with a girls name. So far we've come up with Emery, Diann, and Isabell. Any suggestion would be great.
Thanks everyone for your advice. You all gave me some pretty names. I get my next ultrasound in a week and half . I'll let you know if we find out anything. Thanks again.

Congrats!! I always get compliments on my girls names and I too love their names. I took lots of time deciding on each one of them because after all a persons name is very important & its not like they can change it when they get older so we have to be careful.

I've never heard Emery before but it's pretty! I named my daughter Addison. I hadn't heard of many others named that until after she was born and now it's popular.
My next girl will be Avery I think.

Emery is nice!
Emily Rose is what I named my last child... just thought I'd add that to the growing Emma/Emily list and I stopped watching Friends years before the whole baby thing happened. I just liked the name.

My 8 yr old is named Emma Grace after my maternal grandmother. We picked the name Emma out right before the big rush on it. Then "Emma" was born on "Friends" and everyone used the name!
My 4 yr old is named Erynn Jolie. We loved the traditional name of Erin, and I took the spelling from the name Brynn I saw on alot of baby boards. Jolie is after a very close friend of the family who had passed away before my daughter was born, and NOT Angelina Jolie LOL.
I also like Emery and Ella.

I have always been a fan of using family names. My boys are named after their grandfathers and great grandfathers. If we had had a girl she would have the name RayAnna Kay. Names from a grandmother, great grandmother, and aunt. Since we are not going to have any more babies, I'll just have to hope I can talk one of my boys into naming a grand-daughter Ray Anna.

I like Emery.
My daughter, Erin Melissa, is 13 now. We wanted a name that sounded nice as a kid but also nice when she is in her elder years. We have no regrets with her name. Not sure how we came up with the Melissa part, it just came up.
The only other name we came up with after Erin (Our only) was Leah. I would have been in trouble if I had a boy because we had no idea on that one.

Had my son been a girl, he would have been named Lilly Grace...for my grandmother who loved flowers...and my middle name is Faith...so i thought it would go great together.
I like Isabell...
But yanno...unless you can scream it from the top of your lungs and it roll off your tongue...it's kinda a moot point. (said with a smile).
Good Luck!

My advice to you is to give your daughter a name that will not be extremely common... Growing up a Jennifer, there were always a hundred of us! But on the other hand, don't give her a name that she will never be able to find on a glittery pencil when she is six... lol
We named our daughter Molly Nicole... I just love it! Normal but not so trendy and common.

We just named our little girl Courtlyn Geneva (after my dads father Courtland, and my moms mother, Ethel Geneva). We have gotten several compliments, even from people who stop us when they overhear us use it. We also considered Mallory or Paige. And of course, we have a Grace and Haylee. I also like Chandler or Peyton..Good luck!! ~A.~
