I've used Motsenbocker's Lift Off #3 to get nail polish out of the carpet, red and blue at different times, and I would try it on fabric in a heart beat if I got nail polish on there. But I don't know if it would bleach it or not, so you might want to try in an out of the way spot first. It hasn't bleached my carpet.
There is this stuff called Carbona Stain Devils. It's in little yellow bottles. I mean, they are little! Anyway, they make a bunch of different ones. Each has their own purpose, to remove blood, makeup, grass, oils, grease, etc. They probably make one for nail polish. I just checked one of my bottles. On the back they list Nail Polish and it's bottle number 1, which I have. Bottle 1 says is works on chewing gum & glue as well as nail polish. Sometimes I have been able to find them at Walmart, but it depends on which Walmart I go to. I know I've been looking to replace my empty bottle for grease and oils and could not find it at the particular Walmart I was at (there are 4 near by). I think Joann's fabric sells it too. Anyway, try Carbona!
