Maybe a food allergy. You can do a diary of food she eats and her reactions. Then you will have some input for the doc instead of him guessing.
my 2 year old has had lose stools for fthe past 3 weeks, They can be 1 to 3 times per day. A week ago she threw up twice. I took her to the Dr and they thought it was a virus. She has had very little appitite since then and is still haing the lose stools 1 to 3 times per day. She threw up again today and I have a call in to her Dr but have not heard back from them. Has anyone else experienced this with their child? She runs, play and has fun and does not act sick and other the day she went to the Dr and the day after she has not run any fever

It may be time to do a stool sample. She could have a parasite.
Perhaps an allergy.....Lactose Intollerant? Check with an allergist, 3 weeks is too long for a virus.
I don't know about the throwing up part. I would suggest adding a probiotic though. This can make a huge difference. Dairy can make kids upset, but usually it causes more constipation than runny stuff.
My son did this without the vomiting for almost 2 months after his really bad virus and the doc said it can take a few months for bowels to return to normal. Within 3 days of giving him probiotics, I got them from Vitamin World (white chocolate bears) and he was a lot more normal. We also gave him fiber gummies and I think they helped too.
I hope your little girl gets better soon.
