Murphy Was Busy Today!

Was it just my family, or was Murphy in hyper-drive today? WOW! Should have known I was in trouble when 2 minutes before I was supposed to officially meet my new boss, my 10 day late AF decided to finally visit. Then I find out someone cashed a bunch of fradulent checks on my account.

Then, as I'm about to leave to pick my kids up early from school to take them to the city for an appointment, I get a call the appointment is cancelled. So i skipped lunch for nothing. And now I can't stop home to take care of my initial little problem. Oh, and it's been rescheduled for tomorrow afternoon when i hadn't planned to go into the city because it's homecoming. And I have a banquet which I will now be a good hour late for. Then i get an email from the teacher giving me a head's up about my son's school pictures. Apparenlty the lab made a big mistake. He got the camo background we ordered, but they goofed on the border and he got stuck with a chunky pink border with white daisys. Yah, he was pretty upset & the whole class laughed at him. Of course he assumes I did it on purpose. (Ok, yah, I laughed pretty hard when i first saw them, but not when he was around!) Finally, the night was capped off by us missing a class because the location had been moved and we seemed to be the only ones who didn't know about it, and then driving all the way to pick up a person for a late dance class only for DD to remember when we arrived that the kid was on vacation. Really??? I think I'm going to go to bed before it can get any better.
