I would love it if some one would help me find a good pre-school that is near 60625. I love the school that my son goes to now but it will be 11 miles away from our work and our new house. With traffic that is just going to be too far. Please help. I need to find something soon.

What can I do next?

Hi There,

We live in that area- there are 2 choices. Rogers Paark Montessori, and Family Together Coop. We have an almost 4 year old daughter that will be going to Rogers Park. Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi! We live in 60625. Welcome to the neighborhood! Here are a few additional options for preschoolers that have been recommended to me by neighbors when looking for child care. Although I'm looking for infant care, these offer preschool programs.

Northeastern University Childcare (May be a long waitlist??)(Kedzie/Lawerence)

We live in 60625 and my kids are currently going to Luna Park Preschool on Foster across from North Park University. It is not an intimate setting, but it does have all day care and is pretty affordable. The instructors are nice and the Pre-K program interacts with the Kindergarteners and has claswork and homework to prepare them for school. They also have breakfast, lunch, snack, and a big playground in back.

Another option if you are only looking for part-time preschool is North Park Covenant Church on christiana (I think) has a lovely little preschool program. It just didn't meet our needs for full time care.

Welcome to the neighborhood!

Hi there-
I live in 60625, and while I haven't been to any of these places, I came across them while researching day programs for my toddler. They all had great reviews on various web sites,
and are close.

We used to live in your new zip code although it was before kids. However I still have friends in the area who send their kids to a preschool affiliated with a church in the area. It may even be called North Park Covenant Church?? I have head lots of good things about it.
