I need some help dropping about 15 pounds. I have a real problem with food. I think about food 24/7! When I'm finished eating, I'm going to the fridge to find something else! I thought about diet pills but not sure which ones work the best. Anybody got any ideas?

What can I do next?

I have found that Weight Watchers is the best option. It's really easy to do. For the most part, I haven't had to stop eating the things I love. Also everyone that I know that has done Weight Watchers seems to keep it off pretty well.

I have recently discovered jogging! I struggle with low blood sugar. So, if I feel the least bit hungry, I think I need to eat. A friend of mine got me to sign up for the "Women Can Run" Clinic in Cabot. We started off running 15 seconds at a time. We are now running 5 1/2 minutes at a time!! Since I am doing this for myself, my mindset has changed too! I don't want to eat all the junk food. I work too hard jogging to set myself back with junk food. I am starting to see the results too!

I am also a 24 yr old, stay at home Mom of 2. With my second it seemed like the last 15 was the hardest to drop. I found protein shakes very useful! I would do my 30 minutes of jogging/running and then come home and have a shake. I made mine up out of real fruit and spinach and then added a scoop of protein powder. I know Wal-Mart sells some that is just the soy powder for only $9 which will last a little over 2 weeks.
For the shakes I would just use a banana and then some plain frozen strawberries, and then 2 handfuls of baby spinach. You can add other fruits and then some fruit juice or water for your desired consistency. With these you are getting 3 helpings of fruits and some green all done in the morning. And the protein helps fill you up. Good luck!

It might help to keep a journal of everything you eat. If you see the quantity written out, you may hesitate to eat when you don't need to.

On another note, you may want to examine WHY you want to eat all the time. Is it boredom? Get a new hobby. Is it depression making you think that food will fill an emotional emptiness? Is it addiction to certain foods (especially sugar)? Is it just habit? The journal will help there. Whatever the case may be, a support group like Weight Watchers or an exercise group that covers all aspects of weight loss (physical, emotional, psychological) will help a great deal. Talk to your doctor and see if he/she has any recommendations. A concrete plan of action AND a support group will help immensely!

B.!!! I have the perfect solution for you!! I am 36 and had some health issues a few years ago that caused me to gain 50 pounds. I did absolutely everything under the sun to try to lose this weight, from diet pills (which are very, very bad for you!!) to a membership at the gym--and every, every fad diet that out there--nothing worked! And, I, like you, love to eat!!! Then I found this incredible product called Herbalife. In the first 5 weeks, I lost 21 pounds and 31 inches!!! And no exercise!! That's my favorite part!! :)) I believe so much in this product that I now sell it. It is an easy program, you just have 1 shake for breakfast, 1 shake for lunch and anything you want for dinner--along with the multivitamins and cell activators, which increase your metobalism and turn all that fat into muscle!!! Also, you be absolutely amazed by the way your energy level just shoots through the roof!! And, you have a "full" feeling all day, so you won't want to eat--instead of going to the refrigerator for food--you can eat all the raw veggies & fruits that you want and I mean ALL--so, if you have that urge to eat--grab a bag of raw carrots or strawberries, or grapes, just whatever fruits & veggies you like.

My 18 year old daughter is now on the product--she only wanted to lose 5 pounds and she has done that in 12 days!!! And she can push away the chips and sodas anyone can!!! This is an amazing product. I know that people will say "that stuff has been around for 30 years"--well, yes, it has actually been around for 26 years and it is just now exploding all over the US--so, of course, there have been changes and improvements to the products since the "old days" of 26 years ago!!

So, with that said, I have a link under "Mom owned businesses" that tells all about Herbalife along with my Mary Kay business. So, check it out, and let me help you get started losing that weight really, really fast!!! Best of luck to you and I look forward to hearing from you!!! If you are interested, the best way to get back with me is my personal email address ____@____.com. Email me with, and if you choose, give me your phone # and I will call you and you will be on your way to getting that weight off!!!! Best of luck and I look forward to hearing from you!! FYI--All of Herbalifes products are ALL NATURAL and have no chemicals in them, as the fad diet pills do!

Hi B.,

I wouldn't bother with diet pills, they are very costly and really aren't good for you. I'd suggest trying Weight Watchers instead. You can join online or for local meetings, but either way you have a support group and pleanty of advice and tips. Plus lots of really great recipes. With Weight Watchers you can still eat everything, just in different portions.

Good luck,

Hello, I am also trying to lose some weight. I have been watching what I eat and doing some cardio and riding a bike when my husband gets home. I have lost some weight. Also someone told me one time. You did not put the weight on over night so it won't take over night to take it off. I don't like the diet pills because you can lose the weight with the pills but when you quit taking them you will gain the weight back pluss more. Good luck with everything. I hope I have helped some.

You've gotten lots of great responses, some of which I'm going to try. I'm just like you except I have about 30 pounds to loose. I didn't loose my mat. weight before getting preggo with #2.
Anyway, when you fix your meals, use a salad plate instead of a dinner plate. That way you still get to fill up your plate, but you don't eat near as much. My husband and I have been doing this for about a year and we don't even notice anymore. The first few times I noticed it,. now I don't even think about it. I would always fill my plate (no matter what size) and clean it. Now I can do that without feeling guilty.
Also, I'm using The Sonoma Diet book. It is really easy and has yummy recipes. You might look at it to see if it works for you.
Good luck!

Join the YMCA
The easiest way I found because if you work out - you can eat more. Some weight training (I like BodyPump classes) and some cardio and it will fall off in a few months if you watch that you eat healthy. PLUS added benefits - trainers can help you get started, friends will keep you motivated, GREAT childcare (no additional cost), and a pool, hot tub, sauna etc...
And you get discounts on childrens activities. Plus, if you get a city wide membership, you can go to any Y in the city and if you are traveling, you can go out of state.

This truly worked best for me - I lost 35 lbs and got in shape which made me feel better than losing the weight. I made some good friends and stayed on track. Plus, my children love the Shelby Co Y pool in the summer with its zero entry level and water slide. I can't diet because I become obsessed with food too. ANd truthfully, I like to eat and don't feel I should have to deprive myself of one of the few pleasures left in my life as sleeping is now gone (ha).

Good luck to you!

I personally love weight watchers. I was about sixty lbs overweight before my wedding, and dropped 40 and kept them off. You get to choose what you want to eat, and its easy to follow, and you can adjust how much you eat per day based on how hungry you've been. Plus if you are very good for a few days, you can splurg one day without 'blowing it' WW helped me lose all the baby weight from #1, and I plan to go back after having #2 and am done bfing. My goal is to get rid of whatever baby weight + that last 20 lbs before I get pg again.
I developed Gest Diabetes with this pg, and the diet they put me on has me eating 6 meals/day, about every 3 hours. I really like how I feel, I've only gained 1/2 the weight I did with #1, and am never hungry. So I'll keep that up after baby is born too.
other tips - get out of the house as often as possible to keep you away from the fridge - take the kids to the park, on walks, the library, playdates, window shopping!
Only buy healthy snacks - if you don't have it in your fridge, you can't eat it. I don't buy big bags of chips or cookies anymore - I eat popcorn, and if I want a cookie I'll buy a few from the bakery so they're aren't a ton left over calling my name from the pantry.
when you eat, make sure that you are sitting down, and eating off a plate, as opposed to grazing and grab-n-go. Take time to eat slowly and taste and enjoy your food
When you go out to eat, ask them to bring a to-go box with your food and immediately put half in the box, then put it in a chair out of sight. Slowly enjoy the other half.
Drink lots of water and lo-cal/no cal drinks to keep you feeling full.
Find something to do that you enjoy for exercise. if you don't like to run, don't choose it - you'll just find excuses to skip. if interested, check your local gyms for a baby and me exercise class you can take the younger one to, and let the older one play in the nursery.
Stay away from the diet pills - if they work at all it will only be a temporary fix, and many have side effects that are not pleasant - jittery/anxiety, heart palpitations, dry mouth, inability to sleep... plus rebound weight gain is common where you gain it back fast, and more than you lost.
Good luck!

I accused my husband one day of cheating on me. He was like "what on earth are you talking about?!" I told him that I had just returned from the photography studio and saw the family pictures - I reconized him and our two kids but I was wondering who the FAT woman was with them?! hehehehe My youngest was 14 months old then and I thought I had done so well. Anyway, I LOVE to eat and I LOVE to cook. I love to make pies and homemade bread and cookies and and and and you get the picture. I was 5'3" and 150 lbs - pretty much looked like a basketball!!

I tried every diet known to man - the cabbage soup diet, the 3 day diet, diet pills (they made me go to the bathroom all the time), and several other diets. The only thing that helped me (like many others here) was Weight Watchers. I didn't even "join" I just borrowed the books from a friend. I hear most people do better by joining though and I would have if a meeting would have been closer than 45 minutes for me and I didn't know about the online version until later. Anyway, I lost 15 pounds in around 4 months. It was awesome. The thing I like about weight watchers is that you can eat whatever as long as you stay within your points. There is nothing worse than having to eat toast and tuna while your family is having homemade chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, and apple pie for dessert. It is no wonder those diets don't work and if they do you gain it back.

Anyway, sorry for the novel here. Let me know if you can't go to meetings or do the online and I'll be your partner. I am getting ready to start doing weight watchers again (I wintered a little too well this year). Good luck and God bless!!

First I don't have children and so I know I don't have the same body shape problems that mommies do. What I do know is this: there is a fantastic DVD called "Turbo Jam". It works! You decide how hard to work and believe me you will be amazed at how fast you will start to get into shape. Just go to beachbody.com and you can look at the different DVDs by Charlene Johnson. No I don't work for the company but man, I am telling you it is how I got myself up and at 'em. They have all body types working out and I think it took me about a month to one day look in the mirror and notice. When you start to work hard at exercise all of a sudden you start to not want to wast your hard work on snacks. I have never been one to go for the DVDs but this really works. My aerobics instructor at the gym wanted it to get ideas. You get 90 days to try it. Don't do the diet pills, you need to figure out how to eat in real life. I don't count calories, but i watch it, just do something everyday.

Up your movement (some) and start reading labels! MSG, Monosodium Glutamate, is addictive. High fructose corn syrup turns off the mechanism that tells your brain you are full. And these two things are in almost everything! Eat more fruit and fewer packaged items. Use whole-grain bread. Just think a whole lot more about the stuff you put in yourself!

And most important: quit beating y ourself up mentally. Believe that you are losing weight. Visualize yourself as you want to look. Weigh yourself less; let your clothes tell you how you're doing.

Hi B.,

I know how hard it is to try to drop those extra pounds!! However, having that constant urge to eat is just going to hurt your ability to drop them. I have recently come across a few different options. One is the company that I order things from has introduced a brand new health bar and shake that will curve your food cravings!!! YES can you believe it!! It is not a diet pill it is a food made with natural ingredients that blocks certain chemicals sent to the brain that say
I am hungry! It leaves you feeling full and that will help you with your effort to drop the few pounds!! Also I know that many diet pills do the same thing, but this is natural and much safer!! I have tried MANY things and I really like this!! They have a website geared to helping others lose weight and do it in a healthy manner. They allow you to keep track of what you eat and have others to help motivate you! All from the comfort of your home!! Let me know if you would like more information!!!

I am jealous that you only have 15 to lose and you think about food 24-7. I recently lost 15 pounds using 2 products. One is an appetite suppresant that is totally natural, so no buzzing. I by the way have another 50 to go. If you want to check out FIT, go to this website.
http://deb.iamagel.com
For full disclosure I do sell these products and I have had some other folks with really great results.
I am a 42 year old mother of 2, I am also a Physical Therapist. Look at your physical activity, particularly your aerobic activity, get those kids in the stroller and get walking. Your level of activity will set a good example for your children for later in life. Lots of people have good luck giving themselves some kind of "reward" that is not food. I am making sure I do not do this with my kids...so that they do not think food is always a treat or reward. Best of luck to you.
last comment I promise :)...programs like weight watchers are also very sound...you can even do weight watchers on line now.

First think frankly about why are you eating. Just before the urge---what is going on. Is this a stress reliever? Could more activity help you. Perhaps taking a day or two a week out of the house withouth the children could help. Some churches have mothers day out. Even being a drop in at a daycare is a possibility.

Best of luck. And if 15 pounds is all you have to lose don't be too hard on yourself. If you like music--try dancing every day. At your age your metabolism may help work in your favor with increased activity. Also a physical checkup with the doctor is not a bad idea. Just to rule out any physical health cause for your hunger.

15 pounds??? Is that all? How do you have so much time to think about food and go to the fridge with 2 little ones:-) Stress is probably the culprit. Find other things to do, focus your attention and energy on something else (that shouldn't be hard to do with 2 little ones). Don't do diet pills for only 15 pounds. You'll see a big difference once you stay away from the fridge. Turn on some music and dance while you clean house. Iron clothes while talking on the phone, play on the floor with your children, take them for walks if weather permits, pamper yourself with candles, baths, paint your toenails, etc. Get it, focus that eating energy on something else and when you decide to eat, make it healthy. Get the weight off while you are still young. If that doesn't work, I highly recommend Weight Watcher. It's wonderful.

Weight Watchers is a wonderful plan and I started in September 2007 with about 50 pounds to lose and have lost 20 so far. I do the online plan which is about $16.00 a month, but you can also go to meetings which is a bit more expensive, but better for some people who need more accountability to someone other than themselves. It is not a diet, it is a healthy lifestyle, teaches you to eat better, healthier foods, and correct portions rather than the "restraunt" sized portions you see all the time.

I love it because you can eat whatever you want, but in proper servings and of course you have to make good choices, but it only took a few weeks to really understand the plan and make healthy habits that stick. They have free message boards at Weight Watchers website. I frequent to Welcome Newbies board and have the same screen name as I do on mamasource. :) You should come check us out.

I think about food all the time. But I made a change. Every time I wanted a snack (which was often) I would go to the fridge and eat those little pre-packaged baby carrots. They are crunchy so they take time and effort to eat, and of course don't have much calories and are certainly not fattening! That is my trick. Even if I really really want cookies or something, I make myself eat carrots. Or I snack on a bowl of healthy (not sugary) cereal. Good luck! Oh and my husband came up with this one - I always would eat huge portions instead of actual serving sizes of protein, potatoes, rice, etc. And I always saved my veggies til last when I didn't want to eat them because I was full of the "tastier" stuff. So, we serve our dinner in courses. We will serve only veggies first (we use a bag of frozen veggies all the time) and fill up on a big portion of veggies at the beginning of the meal when you are hungriest. Then serve the rest of the meal, and hopefully you won't eat as much of the other items. But don't put butter, salt, etc. on your veggies as that defeats the heathly purpose. It works for me! Fill up on fruits and veggies first and eat lots of fiber and drink lots of water.

Weight Watchers worked for me! 12 lbs. right away and much better management of food for a constant snacker. I used the online service, but meetings offer great support.
Also check out the menu service offered by savingdinner.com. Leanne Ely is a nutritionist who sends out weekly menus, with grocery lists!, that are family friendly. She even has a menu tailored to losing weight called Body Clutter, and a there is a book by the same name, Body Clutter, addressing all the emotional and personal reasons why we are overweight and overstressed.
All the menus at the website savingdinner.com have weight watchers points values for the meals, and keep you from throwing together a not-so-healthy dinner or hitting the drive-thru. I also have saved a lot of money by only buying exactly what i need at the store. Ely also has book called Saving Dinner that you can go check out to see if it's up your alley. My family loves it, we eat healthy and my 3 year-old is eating all kinds of different foods.
Good luck! I hope this isn't info overload!

I had the same problem! After two little ones I couldn't stop eating! I got alot of wonderful information when I joined Curves. The weight fell off! and it only took about 30 minutes per day. If time and money don't allow you to join Curves, I have a few tips that really helped me a lot. First of all, food tends not to satify you when you are distracted. A mother of two is always distracted. Try to make the times you eat be times when you are at the table. Secondly, everybody knows carbs will put on the weight. Try to stay under 90-100 carbs per day. Foods like, steak, shrimp, yogurt, chicken, canadian bacon, strawberries and apples are great foods to eat that fill you up and won't put on the pounds. Right now I am on a Curves high protein diet. I hate dieting because I stay hungry! I haven't been hungry with this diet at all. I thought I would keep thinking about food and I don't anymore. If you want more info on it just let me know!

Go to www.mckenna.com or buy his book "I Can Make You Thin" It's not a diet, he just teaches you how to eat like a thin person. I started following his advise and lost about four pounds the first week, and found that I wasn't constantly obsessing about what I was going to eat next. My little sister has always eaten the way he describes, ever since she was just a tiny kid, and she's built like a super model. He has four rules and they are explained on his website, and with these four rules he's helped tons of people loose weight and keep it off for years and years. I myself was HORRIBLE when I first became a stay @ home mom! I still find myself doing that same thing on long days, you know. Diet pills are in one's own decision, I am a distributor from a line of products. If you are interested in checking it out, www.itworks.net/hotwrap . It's just been an incredible roller coaster journey of self discipline. But watching our daughter starting to pattern herself around my husband & i habits was the best eye opener. Frustrating, BUT, it will happen.

If you have recently had a physical, and know nothing is wrong with your thyroid, then the following tips will help.
1. Drink 8+ glasses of water per day.
2. Avoid soda (even the diet stuff, which has been proven in studies to be worse).
3. Eat 5-6 small meals per day (about 200-300 calories each). By doing this, your blood sugar stays stabilized, and you feel less hungry.
4. If you had any antibiotics in labor, assume that you have a build-up of yeast in your system (makes you ravenous). Consider getting a Candida cleanse from the health food store.
5. Ask yourself if you are really hungry, or just tired, lonely, bored, etc.
6. Since the weather is getting nicer, grab the stroller each day and go for a walk, even if only 15-20 min.

Diet pills are only a temporary fix.

Hey girl I am in the same boat with you. I am 23 and I have two children (2 yrs & 10 mths). When I went for a checkup the other day I noticed that I weigh more now then I did when I delievered my youngest. Which I have noticed that I have put on weight. My doctor gave me Phentermine to take which is an appetite suppressant (and it really works) and then also told me to drop pop, when eating meat only eat enough to fill up the palm of my hand, and eat lots of green vegetables. Also to have at least 30 mins of walking in each day. I have been doing this and it seems to be working so far. After I go back for my checkup on the medication she is going to start me on a higher dosage (maintenance dose) and that should help shed a few pounds.

The one thing I have not read in all of these responses is that the way you look at food, you will teach your kids…kids are sponges. They learn by example. When I stayed home to care for my child, I gained 60 pounds. I have since slowly lost that weight. I did not realize how much I had gained until I was given photos someone took at one of the holiday get togethers. The sad part was that my child was getting as chunky as well. I cut out all of the deep fried foods from our diets, stopped buying junk food and candy and added more fiber and lean proteins. Remember that no diet will work; you have to change your eating habits so that your children will learn how to eat healthier as they grow up. They will not have the same issue when they are older if you start now. But you have to change all of your food habits as well as theirs, if they see you eating junk, but them getting healthy foods, they will not understand and will learn to sneak foods that you do not give them…
When I get the munchies, I drink a glass of water and we go outside to play Frisbee or soccer or something away from the kitchen. We do have some kind of snack every couple of hours, like carrots or celery or wheat sun chips (not so good, but better than most and it solves the cravings for chips) or when it is hot outside, we have homemade ice pops…change your habits or your kids will learn them.
Remember that playing an active game with your kids is not exercise and the older they get, they too will learn the same thing: stay active.
Good luck and remember that you did not gain it over night, you can not lose it over night.

B., I stay at home with my little one as well, and I too feel obsessed with food! The one thing that helps me the most is drinking lots of water. Since I'm just a few steps from the fridge all day long it's easy for me to grab any old snack when I want. And show me a mom who doesn't eat those leftover things on their kids plate and I'll swear she's lying, right! I hate to see good food wasted, especially after I took the time to buy and prepare it! Anyway, my best advice is drink lots of water, it will curb your appetite. I set a goal, like-after I finish this glass of water I can eat that handful of goldfish crackers that's been calling my name all morning. A lot of times, after the water, I don't even want the snack. I have tried diet pills, before the kids came along, and they were mostly ephedrine. Yes, I dropped the pounds fast, but now you can't even buy them. I don't think anything over the counter these days will give you much results. If you really want to go the pill route, I say, see your doctor, he can prescribe something if he thinks you need it. Good Luck!

I know that you have received all kinds of advice in all different forms...I have struggled with weight my entire life...sometimes thinking I was "fatter" than I actually was! Body image issues are SO BAD. Anyway, I have found my trigger points and realized that as long as I get in a bit of excercise each day (and for me that is walking 20 mins twice a day and carrying my 35 pound toddler), eat smaller portions (even of the things that I LOVE like dark chocolate, just a little bit!), amd I don't eat for at least two hours before I go to bed. This helps to regulate my weight the healthy way and I keep it off. I have lost 40 pounds in the last year! And I didn't "suffer" to do it! Just change one thing at a time...I lost 10 pounds in one year in the past from giving up all sodas and calorie-filled drinks...it can be done!

Hey Sweetie!!! I totally understand where you are coming from.. And also in the same boat.. After we had our youngest daughter I did get rid of some of the weight..But then got depressed and added some back on.. then got pg again and put it back on.. then I had a m/c **sighs** But in the past I have lost over 60 lbs before and I know that I can do it again.. How I did it was a lot of dancing and moving around.. I didn't drink water.. It has to be extremely cold before I can handle it.. lol..I have heard a lot of good things about weight watchers.. but I can not afford their prices. Sadly...If you are interested in diet pills I would talk to your Doctor and see what he will do.. Mine told me he would put me on some for about 2 months to kickstart the loss and then after that I was on my own.. But it is also getting closer to nice weather.. I think that I will start getting out more and doing things with the kids.. Good Luck to you!!! Best wishes
Jen

15 lbs. isn't much. You seem like you know what your problem is. You stay at home and any free time you eat. When I stayed at home for a year with my 2 boys, I found myself doing the same thing. You really just need to get out of the house and do outdoor activities. When your playing outside with the kids it's hard to run to the fridge from out there and you get excercise too. Take them to the park or even go for a walk. These things helped. Volunteer in the community is awesome. I loved helping and got to spend time with my kids as well.

I have always said to each their own. But what really got me back in the game was getting a job. I have my reg. eating times. And I don't get stir crazy and feel there is nothing to do but eat. I would still love to be a stay at home mom. But I would definitely take advantage of volunteering and spending plenty of time away from the
house so you don't get caught in the fridge. I would get my chores done and see ya. There are lots of ways to go outdoors to have fun without spending $. Nature Center's and parks. Pushing a stroller is good excercise too. We have a public lake to walk around. Even a sling for your little one is good to carry them around in so they don't hold you back from the older child. These are really good and if you get a good one it's very comfortable too. You could even run and not worry about bouncing the baby too much.

I completely understand. I love to eat too! I've noticed when I start thinking about food and recipes more often, I'm generally a little bored or have to much time on my hands. In addition to some of the great suggestions that you've received I'd also encourage you to consider a project, goal, vacation, etc. When you work towards something besides a diet or new food plan (or our children!) it will all come together easier. Also, more water has always been the trick for me plus your skin will look better to! Take your weight, divide it in half and that is the amount of ounces of water you should have a day! Good luck and remember the weight is only temporary - you'll reach your goal soon!

I used adipex (phentermine is the generic...a lot cheaper) it seemed to work well for me I too thought of food 24/7 get the tablet form, 37.5 mg because at first you may want to only take 1/2 a pill, I started out 1/2 pill every other day and as you get used to them you can go to everyday and then a whole one everydy, you will know when you need to change dosage. You can order them online pretty easily, shop around a little different sites have different requirements some are easier to get the rx from and some are cheaper. Oh and put those babies in a stroller and walk that will help ALOT, I purchased one of those carts that attach to a bicycle or you can convert into a stroller, great investment it fits two(up to 100 lbs0, has room for carring diaper bag or whatever and steers and moves very easily, we go for a walk everyday. Oh and start out with a small goal and work your way up just a little everyday, before you know it you will be able to walk a long way, we walk about three plus miles a day now, plus we pick up cans so that probably adds on 1/2 a mile or so and when I first started walking I would be lucky if I could walk a 1/4 of a mile.......good luck

I hear ya girl! Mine is almost 4 and I'm finally successful. I, too, think about food constantly, which is why I don't set rules for mealtimes. I strictly let her come to me when she is hungry so she will know to eat just then and only then. The only rules I have for her are just WHAT she eats and how much. ANYWAY, I have discovered the magic of fiber. You know how a million diets tell you to eat a high fiber low fat diet? Well they mean it. And they say to get at least 25 grams a day. Uh-uh up it to at least 40. When I did that, not only did I feel better, I had more energy and was losing weight but not necessarily dieting. It does make you feel fuller, but I was very rarely hungry anyway! But with all that fiber you have to drink water, not a ton, just ur standard six or 8 glasses. As for exercise, I loathe it! Even in nice weather like this, if it's work nope ain't gonna do it. So I wear ankle weights to work. Plus I take the stairs. That's it. It doesn't take a lot of effort really. As for the fiber, forget the pills, they only have like 2 or 4 grams. Go for the Fiber One cereals and bars. Also, apples have like 5 grams. Good luck girl, if I can do it i know you can!

Try sparkdiet.com it is a tracking website for healthy living. Alot of the folks on the website have lost lots of weight. It is better than the Weight Watchers On-line program and Bestlife website. Best of all it is absolutely FREE.
