Ok I'm pregnant and my Due date is on Tuesday, this Tuesday. I have a 2 y/o amazing son that I'm always chasing around.
Usually I am still FULL of energy, But for some reason today I can NOT keep my eyes open.
I went to bed at 10pm..woke up around 9 am. Had a good breakfast, snacks, lunch, Even took a nap.
And I Still can not stay awake.
IS this some sort of REALLY early sign of labor??
or just a "Fluke"
For me, that's every day in the last week of pregnancy. ^_^ I think labor is coming, but I don't know that it is imminent.
Could be early labor...or could be a fluke...whatever it is...enjoy the sleep! LOL I have a 3 yr old and an 8 month old now who never sleeps or naps...and whew...what I'd give for a nap! =0) Best of everything to you!
that isn't a sign of early labor it is a sign of being in your 3rd trimester. You are always really tired towards the end. I remember I didn't want to do anything around the house!!
As you might have read in my response to your last question, it totally was for me. I slept all day before my first daughter was born. However, I was induced on the second baby so I don't know if it would have happened again.
Could be a sign...if anything with in a day or two.
Could be... maybe your body is signaling you to rest up for what's to come! Good luck, wishing you a speedy labor... Congrats on the new baby!
I just gave birth last month. The day before she was born I had no energy. I stayed in bed most of the day. The next morning my water broke!
