ACK! I am trying to figure out what to do with a Monkey Joes party package that I purchased from a charity auction. It is their "barrel of monkeys" package (for up to 16 kids - available to be used monday thru friday valid until August 2009 at any Central Florida Monkey Joes location). I was going to use this for my daughters birthday but did not realize that it expires in August(her birthday is in December). I have tried listing it for sale on Ebay and Craigs list (it retails for $259 and I was asking $150). Does anyone have any other ideas on where / how I can sell this package? Any advice would be appreciated!

What can I do next?

Hello, maybe you can post it on www.craigslist.com
many people post different things for sale on it and they usually get calls or go to this place and see if they can help you to sell it or maybe you would see someone there that you can sell it too.
Then before December, I would recomend you to call Butterfly Dreams theme parties for your daughter, I would like that better then Monkey Joes for a girls party.
Butterfly dreams does all types of parties for girls and boys. Look at her website www.ButterflyDreamsParty.com
or call ###-###-#### for any questions. They are great, kids love there parties, she has good reviews on mamasource.
so good luck I hope you will be able to sell it and do what you want on the date you choose.

I think I may be interested. My son turned 9 on June 13 and I wanted to plan a party this year for him. Is this a place for this age group?

You've already paid for it so why not just use it??? You have 4 kids so invite at least one child for each of your kids and just go for fun-- it's "up to 16" kids but you can just take your 4 kids and a couple of friends-- it doesn't have to be a birthday party. Great way to beat the heat and stay busy over the summer.

I would just throw a party for your kids! Call friends and say it is not a birthday party just a fun free playdate. Also, if you wanted you could make a fundraiser for a favorite charity. Have people bring a toy, canned good or $$ for a charity. Maybe even to benefit the charity where you bought the package? Have fun!
