How about a pregnancy organizer??

I would have loved to have one of these!!!
I have a friend from high school that I still keep in contact with. We arent super close, but we make an effort to see eachother a few times a year. She just told me she is pregnant! I wont go into details, but its been a long road, and I am so incredibly happy for her!
We'll see eachother next week for breakfast, and I want to give her a little something. My usual go-to gift is a Pregnancy Journal, but she already has one.
So often people give gifts for the baby, I want to give something for HER. I thought about a massage, but its not really in my price range. We live pretty far apart ... I'm not very familiar with whats available in her area. And I dont want to give her a gift card. I was thinking about flowers, but maybe you all can come up with something even better.
Any suggestions?

I was given and loved a humorous book called : sippy cups are not for chardonay.
What about a new robe to wear in the hospital? Something she can see visitors in and feel good about herself? It may also be more comfortable for her while she learns how to breastfeed (if she chooses to).
You should be able to find something reasonably priced at Kohls, JCP, even Target has cute stuff. Good luck and congrats to your friend!
Hmm...well I think the flowers are a very nice gesture.
You could also go with a photo albume to capture all of the momnets of her pregnancy?
Maybe a M. and me photo frame?
Could you buy lunch?
The Wonder Weeks. Or some other favorite mommy book you loved. And your absolute favorite kids book, you know, the one that makes you cry when you read it to the kids.
How about a pregnancy journal? I loved mine. Another idea might me to assemble a spiral notebook of Mom wisdom. Things they wish they'd done or are glad they did, what helped, what didn't. I think that would be a great gift too
I would go for a picture frame or something. I did that for a few of my friends and they placed their ultrasound pics in there. I found a nice silver frame (non-gender specific) and it also had a place for baby's stats.
-a journal book (I used mine as a baby book TO my son so he can read
later what he did when, what cute things he did etc.)
-fuzzy warm socks
-send her a$20 bouquet through Pro Flowers if w/in your budget
-a Lottery ticket, scratch off
-a warm throw (Wal-Mart has them for $5 sometimes)
-sm picture frame (she can use it for sonogram or baby's 1st picture
-$5 movie @ Target
-Magazine subscription (her fave magazine)
-box of chocolates
-silver charm that says "mom" or "baby"
-Baby's First Year Book (I have the title wrong but...anyway it was helpful)
-inexpensive silver ring
-Day Planner
-Calendar
-$20 gift card to Target or whatever is in her area
I get together all the things that I learned about or wished I'd known about sooner when I was prego.
all the little things like belly butter, nipple cream, box of tissues, fuzzy socks with the aloe in them, etc. put it all in a small basket that can be reused as a laundry basket or something.
