Hey Karen;
I have micro fiber furniture in my living room, we did have it pre-treated with stain master, but all I do is spot clean with warm soapy water, and it works even on pen that my lovely son used... LOL :)
Quick question. Does anyone know how to spot clean micro fiber furniture? Thanks.
Thanks to all for the cleaning tips. The tag under the couch had the info on cleaning but my husband tore it off and tossed it. So thank you again.

Yes solumel was the only thing that did the job, when we had our couch. It is also very safe to use around children. I get it from Melaleleuca Inc, that is where I do all of my shopping for cleaners, laundry, shampoo etc.. If you want to know more about that company, I told sell there products, give me a call ###-###-####

I've gotten things like ink out with rubbing alcohol and swabbing with a cloth. Not sure about food.
I have a micro fiber couch and if something gets spilled on it or there is a spot I just use a towel, wet the corner with a little dish soap or soap from the bathroom and give a rub. Use the other corner of the towel with some clean water and then rub with the dry part to get the moisture out. I have gotten everything out of it this way including red wine and dried blood.
Micro fiber is great!
We also just use water, maybe a little dish soap. My friend's daughetr wrote her initials in ink - one on each couch cushion. The manufacturer told her to use Purell...I've never tried it, but heard it works like a charm. I would DEFINITELY try it on an inconspicuous spot first though.
Hi-
I bought spot cleaner from Bernie and Phyl's when we bought our microfiber furniture. Works great. Not sure how much they charge for the bottle as it came free with the purchase -but it's made for just that purpose and works like a charm.
Good luck.
