You might try Tom Thumb. Their cakes are great and Im almost positive that they can bake Mickey Mouse.
Hope this helps.

Hello Ladies, my son is turning 2 this weekend, and I have been trying to find a Mickey Mouse cake. I have waited too long to order from Texas Star Bakery, where I normally order from, so I was wondering if any of you could refer me to another Bakery or someone else who does cake decorating professionally. If all else fails I can always have them scan a picture of Mickey for me. We live in Bedford and I need it by this Saturday. Thank you!

Last year I was in your exact position. I ended up baking a cake (you could just buy a plain one). I just made a 1/4 sheet cake, iced it white, used red sour cherry balls to go around the edges of the bottom and then found a Mickey Mouse toy from Wal-mart to add to the top. We used the airplane with Mickey riding in it and placed it on diagonally and used a star tip to write Happy 5th Birthday! Another year I bought a white cake with the color border I needed and the writing done at the store and then gave them my toy to add! Then, you kid gets the new toy to play with after the party!! Hope this helps.
My friend owns a great little bakery shop in Bedford. It is called Hot Chocolates and they can make anything and their cakes are good (my office used to order them all the time)! www.hotchocolates.net
Tell them K. Scott referred you.
Have a fun party!
Bluebonnet Bakery usually accepts a 48 hour turnaround and has FABULOUS cakes. They are in Fort Worth but may be worth a call if you're in a pinch. ###-###-####
