Good question. I've been on here for years - never come on on weekends. But there were a lot more people on a few years ago. Seems to be a lot of drop off lately.
do any one know how many member (mom's) are here? it seems sometimes it is very quiet

There is no way to know. Members who have left still have accounts since they don't get deleted. Some members have multiple accounts. Some members only made an account to check out the site but decided it was not for them and never participated. I agree with wild woman. There are probably 25 regulars and just as many trolls.

Who knows!! I asked one question a few years ago and got almost 100 responses....
There are probably 25 "regular" members...and then who knows...there are a LOT of "lurkers" people who read the posts but NEVER post or respond.
Since the last few weekends have been laden with trolls....people are not on here...and with the Holiday's coming up? People are busy getting shopping done and so on.....
Hope that helps...
Mom's are pretty busy with family on weekends/holidays.
Troll traffic can be worse during those times too.
That's probably a question from the moderator who posted a question in the last week - if you go back through your inbox you might find it and then write her a message. The title of the question was "housekeeping from the moderator" or something like that.
I answer a lot of questions but really do not have a lot to ask.
I have been surprised at the lack of questions lately.
Many blessings
I always am surprised that some questions get less than 10 answers. The really hot questions might get 25-50 answers. And I know there are more that lurk etc. But I would expect thousands not just a hundred nor so.
I also think Texas and California have the most members but is that due to their population or just more demographic of mom's seeking advice? And time to hang here and visit
I don't use MMP on the weekends.
I go through phases when I answer questions. I tend to lurk a lot, and not post for awhile and then will have several questions in a row that catch my fancy, and then go back to lurking. It depends on my mood and how busy my nieces keep me. I have no idea how many people are on here, but I think membership is dwindling.
